Good question... I dunno what is the answer to that question. I'll do some research and get back to you if I got an answer. You should email the people at Nutrisystem as they probably could give you help..

Happy New Year and wishing you all a healthy and successful 2009!.
Tonight I'm going to be close to plan, I'm going to a Ducks game and will have my "new usual" game meal...Big salad from the deli concession stand, a Fudge graham bar, and a bag of Nutrisystem pretzels between periods.. I'm more worried about tomorrow when five of us are sitting down to watch the winter classic at 10am....last year was a feast of food...this year, well...I have stuff for them to eat. But, I'm going to have to make darn sure that I stick close to the Nutrisystem breakfast plan.. I've excused a week of off and on non-NS eating because of the holidays. At least because of months of new and better habits it hasn't taken me completely off the tracks. Basically, I've eaten about every third meal off plan and it's stalled my weight loss to where I keep gaining and losing the same two pounds back and forth. I'd call it a plateau, but it's really been just me being lazy. So, I'm really going to have to re-gain my focus in January and kick it back into gear to get the next 50 off... |

Gonna Stay home with the wife and watch some movies..
I'm going to eat only Nutrisystem today, but will probably have a few cocktails.. Tomorrow is going to be the hard day....as I usually have snacks all day long and watch football. I'm going to try and limit the snacks to healthy ones, maybe some whole grain crackers and fat free dips.. My father had some Irish in him and today is what he used to call "Amateurs Day".. Well, they say that whatever you were doing at the stroke of midnight is what you will be doing all year. I'm glad I just bought a new set of super deluxe semi automatic self adjusting climate controlled memory foam pillow top mattresses, cause I was sleeping..
