Hmm... I need to find out myself. I don't know what is the right answer. I'll do some research and get back to you if I find an decent answer. You should email the people at Nutrisystem as they probably could answer your Nutrisystem question..

OK, I can do the Nutri Food, the exercise, read the blogs and discussion boards, even drink water until it is running out my ears, but I ain't eatn no Nutri Worms!!!..

That's why I cut up my apple before eating it. I had the same experience with cauliflower and a caterpillar. I still eat cauliflower, but I break it apart into tiny pieces and steam it now. Can't make cauliflower without thinking of that first surprise...

Now I really feel cheated...I didn't get a worm in my apple today. That's not fair! I hope the government steps in and fixes this problem, so everyone will get a worm in their apples...even those who aren't eating apples...
