My first question is Alli Nutrisystem diet Pill? Anyone Currently Using it? Thanks in advance for any comment. Another question... Looking for recommendations.

Im tied of eating the same old veggie cheese. I've been eating soy cheese slices made by Galaxy. Jalapeno is my favorite and provolone is the other flavor. I've seen some posts that mention cheese sticks that are Nutrisystem friendly and I'm looking for new ideas...

I like the Frigo Lights. 60 calories, 2.5 gm fat, 8 gm protein. They go great with an apple as the afternoon snack...

I just usually buy reduced fat mozzarella sticks in various brands, last week.

Cheddar cheese sticks, I picked up at target for something different..

You're looking for at least 7g protein, under 100 calories...

I also like the laughing cow cheese. They have a light variety that is only 35 calories a wedge. I use it on celery or whole wheat crackers with a slice of turkey pepperoni. This is more of a spreadable cheese than it is a stick cheese...

I've tried a couple of mozzerella string cheeses, and my favorite is the light "Cheese Head" variety. It's not as oily and is a little saltier..

You can go to the website, but be warned it's very much aimed at teh tweenz. The package in my fridge has "High School Musical" branding..

When I started I used the cheese sticks for a convenient protein - now I use 98% fat free wieners. It might be a good trade off. I like apples and got a "wedger" from BB & B that sections an apple by just pushing it down over the apple. In one minute I have a sectioned apple and a hot dog wiener for my snack on the go. Maybe this will keep your favorite cheese from getting boring...
