First question I have is Any complaints about Nutrisystem? If so, please share...? Many thanks for any response. Second question.. Anyone else having this issue? Three sizes down and working real close to my fourth now and I find myself visitingmy taylor often to take clothes in. Just had a suit done and wondering at what point is it worth just throwing the old away and buying a new one. You know it's bad (or good.

) when your taylor smiles when he sees you coming and calls you by your first name...

I with you Ben. I have an appointment for Thrusday night. I have got about 2 pair of pants that will stay on my waist without a belt. Plus I need some new belts the ones that I can wear are on their last holes...

I lost 45-lbs so far (down from 360) and my pants are now looking like clown-pants. I've been trying to stick with what I got but lately it has become a serious issue as I can't walk too far without them falling off my bum. I already put two new notches in my belt so I going to need new belts as well...

I had two suits taken in by 2 sizes. Actually took once suit back the same day and complained that they didn't take-in enough. I probably will not bring them in again. On the same note, I have too jackets that are 48's and I'm now a 44. It's just not worth spending $40 on a jacket that I've worn for years and years..

Maybe it's time for a make-over!..

I have been progressively buying 1 or 2 new pairs of pants at each 2 inch interval. I have however been buying them pretty cheap (SteinMart, Marshalls, etc). I buy a new belt every 4 inches (from 48>44>40>36), again not a real expensive one but still sharp looking. When I get to my final goal and have maintained for a few months I will go to Jos A Bank and start building a higher quality wardrobe...but that will probably be in the fall..

Ben, in the meantime, enjoy your NSV's because that is what they are...

I just bought cheap and new every 3-4 months. I didn't have anything worth altering, anyway. Usually 2-3 pair of casual pants for work, 4-6 shirts (depending on the season) and a new reversible belt every 6 months...

I'm not sure why you would give your money to Lawrence Taylor - all he's going to do with it is buy more crack..

No lie, my tailor is Mr. Ho of Hong Kong. Dude is nice. As soon as I buy a suit, I take it straight to him. You don't have to spend a lot to look good in suit, especially if it's not your final size. A properly tailored, modestly priced suit looks better than an ill fitting Armani.

A good tailor is well worth the money...

I got too fat too quick so am finding clothes in my closet that still has tags on that I bought and never was able to fit into. So it's money already spent that I am getting to use...

The problem boys is that I was going to buy a nice new suit but I now fit into a 44 jacket and 37-36 pants which if you know suits they won't do as most brands only allow a 3 size set off between the jacket and pants. IE: 44-38 or 42-36. A 42 does not fit the bicepts and it's easier and cheaper to just take in the pants than the jacket. So you see even a new suit will need to be taken in on me so I might as well just do my old suits..

AND... yes my tailors name is now named TAYLOR.

I figure with all the money i'm throwing his way I can call him whatever name I want. even if I mis-spell it..

Don't know if Armani has changed since I had a few of his suits, but back in the early 80s, all Armani mens' suits were custom made to measurements...

Athletic fit suits have a 8" drop between the chest size and the pant's waist. Example: A 44 suit would come with pants that have a 36" waist. These suits also have larger sleeves to accomodate your arms and are trimmed in at the waist of the jacket..

On the other hand, portly suits have only a 4" drop between the chest size and waist of the pants. They are cut larger through the waist of the jacket..

Right now, I wear medium shirts but have to buy 16" neck dress shirts. Any of the dress shirts I buy that aren't trim fit, I take to the tailor and have them narrowed through the body of the shirt. That way I don't have so much fabric ballooning out above my belt...

You're liable to get your butt kicked saying a thing like that in the men's room!..
