My 1st question is: Any good Nutrisystem diets/diet programs that are vegan-friendly? Many thanks for any answer or 2. Another question... Today a coworker brought in a giant bag of Beef Jerky to snack on. I had a piece. That piece did turn into 2 pieces, but 2 pieces did not turn into 3, 4, or the rest of the bag.. |

I would like to know the answer too. Anyone here know what is the right answer to your question. I'll do some research in Google and get back to you if I find an good answer. You should email the people at Nutrisystem as they probably can answer it..

Beef jerky is much desired by the sasquatch. Have you ever seen a fat sasquatch? That answers your question..
However, I would also be concerned about the sodium... |

I'm a little behind on my search for Bigfoot. Are there fat sasquatches?..

I used to make my own using London Broil or deer meat, no fat, slice thin (electric slicer) and marinade in my special sauce with no salt or sugar added. Leave in the fridge overnight, dehydrate the next day. Great snack, no worries. Unfortunately it's been almost a year since I can't find beef or deer jerky on the menu..
Deer Hunters: If you have extra, freeze it wrap it real good, pack it with ice and send it to me. I won't get to go this year... |

I can't eat one piece, a 12 ounce bag is a portion when I break the seal on a bag. Soooooooo, it's not on my menu...

I'm on Low Carb, so jerky is an incredible option for me. If you're doing low fat or low sodium then you'd better not...

Oh man I could never just eat one piece. I better stay away from the jerky...

I fear posting, but I have to share a great alternative to beef jerkey. Try the OSTRIM beef and ostrich snacks. They make both a jerkey and a "slimjim" type snack and they are really tastey..
Here are the stats:. Calories: 80. Total Fat Cal: 15. Fat: 1.5%. Sat Fat: 0.5%. Cholesterol: 25mg. Sodium: 310mg. Potassium: 550mg. Total Carb: 2g. Sugars: 1g. Protein: 14g. They come in regular, pepper and teriyaki flavors and are portion controlled. I found them on. Http://www.netrition.com/. Click on the drop down and choose "ostrim". They are really good!.. |
