First of all Any great macaroni and cheese Medifast recipes out there? Hoping for any response. Second question.. Sorry, last one!!.

Any recommendations on protein drinks/shakes? My doctors office has some but I found myself gagging trying to drink one! I'm going to GNC tomorrow to look for more to try!..

Good question... I dunno what is the answer to that question. I'll do some research and get back to you if I find an decent answer. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably could answer your Medifast question..

Listen to Shelley! I tried a few nasty ones before I bit the bullet and ordered the SEI Ultimate Protein. (same as the max protein but $5 cheaper) Even the strawberry is good! Next time i'll get the chocolate Mint..

PS Be sure to go on her website first and get the 20% off discount code..

And welcome! Stick around. We need you to post all those "dumb questions" for those who are lurking and won't post themselves! Hi lurkers! We love you too! LOL! :-)..

I use the GNC Gold Standard Extreme Chocolate. If you join their "club" the first week of every month you get an extra discount since the 5lb jug is pretty pricey. I can't do Vanilla as it makes me gag over the smell. I have yet to try Strawberry. You might ask them if they have sample packets before you buy the whole thing..

I like 100% whey protein from BJ's, they only have it in vanilla and chocolate but it comes in big bags..

I dont know where you are in the Medifast diet process but you can also try protein bars. Just watch the sugar & sugar alcohol content. Luna bars are really good and I think organic. They are also much smaller than most protein bars so they are easier to finish to get the whole amount of protein, and they are easy to carry..

Special K has a drink mix with protein in it now too... only 5 grams but it is 5 grams more than crystal light or water..

Keep trying, something will work for you!..

Lucky me - thanks to Eggface, I didn't have to try a few nasty ones. I use SEI Max Protein and it is delicious. Eggface has a ton of recipes for protein shakes. Enjoy!..

I didnt do shakes nor will I.... I did the Isopure drinks they look like fruit juice like a gatorade.. there are all different flavors... some good some not so good.... you might like them ! Or if you go to.

They have a ton of drinks plus they have non flavored protein that you can put in your water or crystal light and it doesnt alter the taste or show up in your drink..

I like Smoothie King's protein powder. It only comes in van choc and straw though. Choc is good with some mint flavor and the van is real good with some sugar fee pistacio jello pudding mixed in. Oh that's my 2 cents..

Good luck!.

Tina..
