First question I have is Anyone done the Medifast Diet? I need some advice... :)? Many thanks for any answer or 2. My other question... I lost 21 lbs in 4 weeks! This is amazing. I feel like I can do anything now. I know only on Medifast could this have happened..

Just want to celebrate a little. When I reach my first goal of 10% weightloss I will treat myself to a pedicure, because I'm way overdue..
