I'm stumped. I'm not so sure what is the right answer. I'll do some poking around and get back to you if I discover an useful answer. You should email the people at Nutrisystem as they probably can answer it..

If you truly are peeing all night, you might want to make sure you aren't having a health issue. Getting up to pee frequently at night can be a symptom of diabetes (or being out of control) or a prostate issue...
|
|
Only if you sprint to the bathroom....
Get in some high intensity interval training!.. |
|
I started peeing about 4 or 5 times a night now at 2&1/2 weeks later, maybe once or twice max.. But I try to drink 90% of the water before dinner!! I think that has made a good difference!..

|
I stack my water consumption in the early part of the day..
I've usually had more than my daily allotment before lunchtime. Sometimes I have more at night, but it's optional. That way I'm not sprinting to the bathroom up to five times a night anymore... |
|
I did that at first too..but I'm pretty much just back to being normal..maybe once a night or sometimes since I go to bed so late not at all..I too have been drinking most of the water before it gets to late in the day...

Thanks guys! I am going to work on getting my water in earlier in the day and back off in the evening...ya I know it ain't rocket science.....
|
|
My experience as well. Still go 1-2 times, but I consider that part of the program..
I can see up to 4 lb weight loss between bedtime and waketime.. Gordon.. |
|
Good news is you're normal. Bad news is .... well really there is no bad news. I invite every opportunity to play with myself...

LOL!!.
When I started I never thought to look at the FL OZ in a water bottle. ya I'm not to bright. so I was drinking 8 16OZ of water a day!!!!! ALL I DID WAS DRINK WATER AND PEE!!!! I got no work done. this lasted for 2 days before I figured it out. so this ROCKET SCIENCE is a bit tricky.. O ya and as a dr I dont think you have a medical problem. lol!.. |

As you get older, you will appreciate these wake-ups as assurances that you still reside on this earth. When returning to the bed, you might inquire if your lady "has a headache". This may be an opportune way of postponing the next wake-up..
Don.. |

The best thing to do is space the water out, taken in 8 ounce doses, ideally. You don't want to stop drinking hours before bedtime because being dehydrated while asleep is possibly worse than while awake..
When I first started drinking 100+ ounces of water daily, about 1-1/2 years ago, I had to get up around 0130 every morning to go. Now it's about every other or every 3 nights I have to. Nothing wrong with that.. But if you have to do it many times, you need to go see your doctor about prostate issues, possibly. Don't put it off, either... |

I typically drink about 1 gallon of water a day. It's gotten to the point, for me, that I don't need an alarm clock because my bladder wakes me up and by the time I'm done with the what-seems-like 5 minutes of straight peeing, I'm fully awake (and normally pissed.. no pun intended). During the day, my body starts joking with me because I'll just have completely suited up for an experiment in the lab and then suddenly feel the urge to go to the bathroom. I feel like that 5 year old kid sometimes who has his parents dress him up for snow sledding and then say "I have to go pee now, Mom!" ugh ... but it's worth it!..
