Got a question, hope someone can answer... Brownies' Medifast recipes? I need varieties if you know some? Looking forward for any answer or 2. My 2nd question... Weight Watchers.

Desserts, 100 calorie Oreo packs, Mini Almond Joys...these are prolly more common than you think on many folks "diet." Do you indulge in these or other "limited" high carb deviations?..

String Cheese and Mixed Nuts if I want something salty. For something sweet Costco VitaRain water and Atkins Advantge Milk Chocolate Delight protein shakes..

I do eat carbs but try to balance them off with foods that are high in fiber (net carbs)...

Sweets aren't really very tempting to me but I have eaten a few of the Russell Stovers sugar-free candies. I know they are a bad choice, so I limit myself to 1 about every 3 days...

While I'd never eat anything worthless when I was a fatty, I really think that carbs have way less affect post.

Surgery.

And skinny. Plus I just do get it anymore. Medifast food has no hold on me. I only eat because I know I need.

To!..

Potato chips. I know I shouldn't - buy hey, mental health is health , too! My serving size is still a whole bag - but it's a much smaller bag and usually takes 2 days to finish. Not like the good old fat days, where it had to be from Costco before I wouldn't finish it in one sitting. I'm not sure enough of my.

Self control.

To keep any around, but I do get a bag (single size) occasionally..

I haven't given in yet, not because I haven't craved, just haven't eaten any sweets. I love potatoe chips, I look but don't touch. I love beer, had a half glass for Thanksgiving and the next day had another...saw the pattern and quit...

I haven't tied any sweets since.

Surgery.

My surgeon and my nutritionist have scared me have scared me so about the dumping syndrome that I don't have a desire to eat sweets. I do have a couple of sun chips sometimes when I want something crunchy. I also found that I can drink alcohol without any problems so every now and then I have a mixed fruity drink or a glass of wine when I go out. What I have noticed is that if I have to much to drink during the week I don't lose any weight that week. So I know that if I decide to drink I'm making that choice not to lose that week...

Medifast food does not carry the same weight for me anymore, I eat because I have too. Not because I want to.... I am free, and happy!.

Unfortunately sugar doesn't cause me to dump...Fortunately...I do not crave sweets...or sugar...I don't crave anything really...It's hard enough to eat. I eat out of necessity now...not out of desire...I do way better with liquids than solids...but my belly is fine...I have never been sick, or vomited..not once...but after about 5 bites of any one food...and I am done...no matter what it is...the best thing I have eaten??? Chili from Texas Roadhouse...probably not for everyone..it's loaded with peppers and spices...I know..I use to be their meatcutter, and made this stuff 4 times a week...man it's hot...but OMG it is good...and very lean meat goes into it....and one cup makes 2 or 3 meals for me....

So I guess I have to say I have no guilty pleasures...sugar free fudge pops is about as out there as I get...not very exciting huh.....
