My 1st question is: Can I get the real Medifast at walgreens? if not whatstore? Many thanks for any response. Another question I got... Hi I'm new at this, but I had RNY like 6 weeks ago. I started at 274 and I am now at 239. I feel horrible cause I think I should have lost more by now. For about 2-3 weeks I have been stuck in the 235-242 pound area. What am I doing wrong ?! Why can't I get this fat out of my body?!..

I am totally screwing it up! I stop taking protien shakes soooooo sick of them! And I only eat once a day. I have no meal plan. I do.

Exercise.

Daily. Not taking in fluids like I should. Im just so sick of yogurt and soups I could scream. So I started trying to eat other food... like beans ands seeds, and crap. I just want to drop more weight and not be in the 230's anymore I'm ready to be in the 220's ow. I know I;m being one of those whinny people I can't stand lol ...I think I'm in the phase where I just wanna get high and eat everything in sight...

First you gotta mend the relationship with your body, which is neither a pie hole or a fat destroyer..

Your expectations are grandiose, so give yourself a break. Follow your program, call your Nut, or therapist, or both..

Get in line and straighten up your act, the rebellious nature is no longer your savior, but your prosecutor. Love yourself and follow the best health advice you can get...{:>}..

I think you answered your own question. Sounds like you're doing fine on the weight loss end to me. You obviously know you aren't doing what you're supposed to be doing, so do what you should be doing and you may see a change..

PS. When's the last time you lost 35 lbs in 6 weeks? I had RNY also, and lost on the average 10# a month. Don't compare yourself to others, different factors make everyone's weight loss different. The weight will come off.. listen to Lu..

If you are not eating enough you will stop losing weight... get the protein in even if you have to hide it in other food. There is a flavor free protein powder from GNC that you can put in things... I put chocolate protein powder in my.

Coffee.

For a Mocha Latte in the morning since I can not give up my one cup of.

Coffee.

And can not eat and drink at the same time... it covers breakfast and 23g of protein. Plateaus will happen occasionally, but they will pass....

You're doing great!..

I was worried to death if this.

Surgery.

Was/is.

Going to work.

....

Please don't put yourself through all the unnecessary turmoil....

It will work..

Some people jump out there with a bang, and some of us, just kind of creep along, then BAM...you look up and it's not there, leaving you wondering what happened to it all....

My doctors assure me to stop worrying about it, and just enjoy the ride...it will happen..I had.

Surgery.

September 15, 2010...some days it feels like nothing is gonna happen..then I finally get on a scale, and am shocked at what I see....

I have lost somewhere near 170 pounds now total, give it time...it will come...I promise...

I am there also, I am at 7 weeks today and have lost almost 40 pounds. I started at 275 and am down to 234. I too thought wow this should be coming off way faster. I was stuck at 250 for 2 weeks. but then all of the sudden I would get up and loose 2 pounds. I look at it this way,,,,,,, I have a LONG way to go.

I have been trying to loose 5 pounds for 10 years.......... so I am.

Letting go.

And letting my tool help me !!! As long as the scale goes down I am doing the yippy skippy dance. You can be with me when we do our under 200 dance !!! hang in there !!..

Chey I started at 275 almost 9mo. ago I am now down to 141-143 but would love to see 125. You just started this wonderful journey. Try not to get so dicouraged. You sound so much like me when I first started. My nut thought I would only lose 75lbs so when I hit a plateau I freaked and thought this is it iam done.

We all lose so different and it is hard not to compare. Eggface was my personal envy. She is always so postive and real. I don't know how much she has lost or what her start weight was but she now wears a size 4. I so wanted to do that.

So I am here to give you that boost and say go for dreams reach for the stars anything can happen you have the best supporters all of us. Oh and on another note. I could over eat easily and still have to measure my Medifast food I don't ever feel full which sucks. I have had my cheating moments but.

Leave.

It at that. I now have more will power to know I don't ever want to see that fat girl again. The fat suit is retired forever. Wishing you the best. Angie..
