Got a question... Can I have lemon juice in my water on the Medifast Diet? Thanks for any comment. Another question... Sooo happy I can see the light at the end of the tunnel!! Just had to share!!!! Happy New Year to all of us "New Creations"!!!!.

P. S. Trying to post the photo of my scale lol, and can't do it. I try to attach it and it's too big. I have compressed it and zipped it. still too big.

Can someone help me? I want to know how so when I get to goal I can share!!!..
