Quick question... Did anyone here loose weight with Medifast ? Thanks in advance for any answer. Second question.. My first go-round with Medifast I was a daily weigher. I know some folks love it, but it messes with my head more than it helps..

Gaining weight was easy. It just crept on, about four pounds a year, and I barely even noticed because the change was so gradual..

It's time to let it creep off. If I stay OP, I will lose. It's that simple. No need to worry and stress and spend mental energy on the scale, and what it did or didn't show, and why - time to put weight loss on auto pilot, the way I managed to gain, and let time help me out..

Anyone want to join me? I'm going to weigh 4/8, my one-month Medifast anniversary, and then hold off one month until 5/8. I've never tried this approach before, so who knows? It might work great for me. How about you?..

Hmm... I need to find out myself. I don't know what is the answer to your question. I'll do some research in Google and get back to you if I discover an useful answer. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably could give you help..

I am on day 10 of 14 of not weighing myself and it is TORTURE... but in a good way!! Unfortunately with the new spring challenge coming up I can't participate but will probably do another 2 week wait when the challenge is done!!.

I understand how the weight fluctuations mess with your brain!!..

We can do this Carol! I'm actually really excited for it. It'll be nice (at least at first!) to just have that nemesis gone for a while, and to know next time we jump on, it WILL be lower!..

Okay, here we go!!!! I am excited and nervous. I am also glad that this will also help me from having the number on the scale determine my mood!!!.

I am feeling one month might be too long, I might go for 2 weeks, but why not just shoot for one month!! My only concern is that I don't want to miss learning when I have a 10 pound loss because after another 10 pound loss, I get another reward..

Well, I am off to take my scale and stash it in my closet (out of sight, out of mind?)!..

Yesterday I felt an odd freedom to cheat, which was unexpected, and which I managed to resist thank goodness. But there was a feeling of "I don't have to face the scale for a month so what's one bite of ____". I did stay OP though because I don't want to be on 5+1 any longer than I have to!.

Day 2 now is almost done. I understand completely if you do decide to weigh halfway so as not to miss out on your reward - but if you don't, here we are, 1/15th of the way there already!..

To my surprise, I didn't even miss not weighing myself today. In fact, it is not much of a thought at all!.

I am glad you did not slip. Remember,.

It is easier to stay on Medifast than it is to start MF!!!!!..

Ladies,.

Is it too late to join the Let It Creep Off challenge? I haven't officially started Medifast yet, waiting for my order to be delivered. Should be no later than 4-15. I think this challenge will work for me because when I weigh myself and see that I've actually lost weight, that's my cue to cheat. Crazy isn't it...

Wow! This can be a problem for me as well! I actually just weighed myself a few minutes ago and I have zero loss in past 4 days. I felt so frusterated! I wanted to eat junk food. But only for a minute, and then I let that thought go. However, I do seem to base my mood on what the scale reads. When I have a good loss, I am happy, when I have little or no loss, I get bummed..

I will do this with you. I am a bit scared, and it will be a huge challenge! I question whether or not I am capable of doing thisbut I sure think I would benefit if I lay off the scale for a while. I have a great health coach to ensure that I am OP, so I should be good to go. I will weigh myself for the last time on the 8th as well..

Phew-this is going to be a big challenge!..
