Got a question, hope someone can answer... Do people buy Medifast recipes, if yes where do they sell them? Thanks for any answer or 2. Another question... There are consistently posts telling newbies things like, everyone has buyers remorse, or depression, or fluctuating hormone levels after.

Surgery.

I beg to differ. NOT everyone has buyers remorse, or depression, or fluctuating hormone levels after.

Surgery.

..

I never had buyers remorse. Not for one moment, even throughout the healing. Its a major.

Surgery.

! and any major.

Surgery.

Take time to heal! I even had a hiatal hernia repair and an abdominal repair done too. I never had depression. I never had any problems with hormone fluctuations. I was too busy healing, feeling grateful I did this, and celebrating my new relationship with food! But then after years of.

Research.

And.

Talking.

With people I was really ready to do this. I went into this emotionally ready, eyes wide open and mind fully educated. On top of my own.

Research.

, my bariatric center is the best at making sure we knew what was happening and what to expect at every stage..

When I take full responsibility for my choices, why would there be any room for buyers remorse? Why would I regret taking my life back? I was depressed before because I had gotten to the point I didnt want to move. Why would I regret that? At 89.6 lbs down since 8-2-10, why would I regret any of this? I dont!!!..

That's a good question. I'm not sure what is the answer to your question. I'll do some poking around and get back to you if I find an decent answer. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably could help you..

I regret that I didn't get the first pump, Lu, I got screwed outta my legal buzz!.

I, too, feel like some of the complaints and "cold feet" are overblown. I am the most anxious and panic prone person around, and I couldn't have had a better experience..

I worked very hard to make it so. I knew from Jan 2 what I was doing and what would happen on Jul 28th, even though I had no idea what it woud REALLY be like, or when the day woud finally come..

This process unfolds itself and if you pay attention and learn from your and other's mistakes, piece of cake..er...well jus sayin'..

I'm with you guys! It didn't occur to me to say 'what did I do to myself?' because I made the decision with my eyes wide open. Unlike Lu, I was looking to get off the drugs asap, I don't like being fuzzy headed, but except for 2 or 3 foamies experiences which were my fault for eating too fast, I haven't had a bad day and I find I can eat pretty much anything, just in small portions. It's a new life and I'm embracing it for all I can..

Hey, Lu, great new pic!.

Hugs! Patricia..

Surgery.

While in the hospital simply b/c I wanted to go home and a little of discomfort from the gas pain but frankly I think that is normal..

I wouldn't trade this for the world. Having my health, confidence, being able to go back to stripping (that is for you Lu)...lol, being the best mom I can be, and enjoying life..

People need to do a lot of.

Before committing to this. I think it is great that we come here to share our successes and our experiences but no 2 people are alike and everyone has their own path to choose..

I can not stress this enough but this is simply a tool and it is up to us to use it to the best of our abilities...

Surgery.

I also don't think I had the hormone issues many people talk about (not bashing or discounting the feelings of others with a different experience, of course...just sayin'. Once I made up my mind, I didn't look back!!) ...of course I'm a perfectionist control freak who probably wouldn't have admitted to myself if I had made a mistake...but thats another issue altogether!!.

I actually was depressed before the opportunity for GBS was presented to me, and I didn't realize it until I suddenly found myself full of.

Hope.

For the first time in a long time. I realized then that my deteriorating health had had me in the doldrums for along time. When I realized that there was a means of recovery open to me, everything changed for the better. This clearly was/is the best that medical science could offer me at this point in time for renewed health, and I grabbed it with both hands!..

I am only 6 days out and even during the recovery I have no regrets. Everyday gets rosier and rosier. Can't wait to start putting Medifast food in my mouth but that isn't a regret. Thats just looking forward to the next stage..

I am mainly looking forward to the weight loss, energy level, and the just plain ol' feel good feeling. I bought a journey.... a new way of life!..

I am very happy for you and your continued success! Honestly :).

But dudette, don't kick others just because they have hit a few bumps in the road... It takes a mulitiplicity of voices and honestly, I'da given a gazillion dollars to have swapped shoes with you..

Not bitter, just flippin realistic from my side of scale, that's all....
