Quick question... Do you know of any odd Medifast recipes that are really good? Hoping for any answer. Second question of mine... "Nothing is impossible to a willing heart.".

What are you willing to change to be successful in achieving and maintaining your weight loss health?.

What are you unwilling to do or change to be successful in weight loss health?.

What about you, as a person, on the inside, needs to change for you to be successful?..

That's a good question. I'm not sure what is the answer to your question. I'll do some investigation and get back to you if I discover an decent answer. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably know..

Spirituality vs religion is a big issue for me in recoveryand always has been. I can't believe in nothing, but I can't hold to my upbringing that there is only one way to get to God, even of they have to kill you to convince you..

I am trying to be open to spiritual events, but not expecting signs and miracles, beyond what we call miracles in the changes we are making..

Higher Power is a good concept for me. Creation can't possibly be without some inspiration. I mean the monarch butterfly winters with millions of friends on a limb in a forest in Mexico, mates in the spring, flies to Canada, gives birth, and the offspring flies back to the same forest, same tree and sometimes the SAME LIMB as the mother..I mean come on!..

I have changed my alimentary canal, my eating habits, and my exercising habits. I seem to have changed my self perception - like I am starting to really care about my appearence...

To achieve my weight loss goal I have had to change my relationship with food. Not go to it as a source of my celebrations, happiness, sadness, or whatever other events come along my way. I enjoy sitting down to eat and enjoying my Medifast food not sitting down b/c I have to eat..

I enjoy being selfish now and taking care of me. Before it was.

Running.

Around and taking care of everybody else first- -now I have to take care of me b/c as the past has shown if I dont no one else will..

I journal my Medifast food and feel that this tool has really helped me stay accountable. Seeking the assistance I need by going to my appointments (nutritionist, psychologist, surgeon, and doctors as necessary)..

There isn't anything I am not willing to do at this point for the sake of my health and well-being. I have taken my health for granted once before and there is absolutely no returning to that. There is no making any more excuses. No more restrictions and no more telling myself I can not accomplish something..

My persona has changed. I've learned to be more assertive aggressive to pursue the things that I want. I've learned to be selfish. I've learned to love and respect myself regardless of what my physical appearance looks like as I am not defined by that and in doing so I have learned to have a better.

Self-esteem.

And confidence about myself...
