First off, Does America belong on Nutrisystem? Thanks for any answer. Another question... Dammit I misplaced my will power, anybody seen it? I thought it ran off with my dog but the dog came back.. |

Yes sir! but you might wanna make sure and wait for another person to confirm my answer as I am unsure. Better yet, why don't you give a call to the Nutrisystem guys because they can answer your Nutrisystem question better...

Sourdough is a low GI carb, so it's on plan..
ICBINB is ok.. An ounce of the ham should fit protien requirements.. Avoid the potato salad like the debil it is... |

My.
Bad. Advice? - Envoy your "deviation" w/out guilt. Once. Then go right back on-plan. It'll set you back a couple days, but doing this periodically has really helped me stay sane and still maintain a respectable weight loss rate overall. I plan a specific time for the deviation, indulge, and then get rid of all leftovers. It actually enhances my enjoyment and satisfaction with the Nutrisystem foods. I know this is anathema here, but it's this idiot's approach.. Gordon.. |

You can't do this long term on will power and determination. I'm always shocked when I do the plan 100% for at least 2 days - I feel better, my hunger dies down, and the scale starts to move. I was having a problem in the evening and trying to stretch out my meal - when I started the MM - I decided to approach the program exactly as I did when I started. Surprise surprise - it worked that same way it did when I started. Eating the complete meal - all at one time left me satisfied. After 3 hours, I ate my desert - satisfied, happy - no will power no problem..
Will power is not required - a QUALITY decision to live longer, stronger, healthier and happier IS required. Once you see the benefits that I have seen, you won't want that crap. This morning I was thinking about the fact that I haven't had a Rib-Eye steak since 1/14/2008 - and guess what - the thought of having one almost turns my stomach (that is a real shock to me). The longer I do this - the more serious I get - the changes I've experienced are nothing short of a miracle - sourdough bread, butter, ham and cheese can't compare to feeling healthy and happy and having cholesterol at 140 instead of 220 with other numbers that match!. Stick with it 100% for 21 days - the benefits will be with you the rest of your life!.. |

Amen,.
My cholesterol went from 208 to 180 w/o meds.. Also 100% is the REAL key to getting and keeping the program working... |
