Got a question... Does anyone have any information about Medifast? Many thanks for any comment. Second question of mine... Do you count these as your water or as a food? I'm just starting on soft, and I want to have them, but don't want to get into the habit of snacking. If they count as water, I can have them @ anytime. Also how are you counting pudding? Snack, or meal? Thanks!..

Yep, but... you might want to make sure and wait for another member to confirm it as I am not quite sure. Better yet, why don't you ask the Medifast guys because they can give you help better...

S/F jello on my plan is "food." I'm always amazed at how different each surgeon's post-op eating plan is.....

I'm able to count popsicles and jello as water but I choose not to..

I count only water for my 64oz of liquid..

I also only count "real" Medifast food for my food. Fish, eggs, ricotta bake, pot roast, turkey, chicken... and on and on..

Pudding is a snack in my book...

Hi, I was sleeved but I am following the bypass eating plan because the sleeve is pretty new and they don't have a sleeve plan. SF jello, popsicles and pudding are like a free item for us. We can eat as much of it as we want. Too bad for me I don't like sf stuff ;-(..

The SF popcicles are counted as water for me since I am still having a hard time drinking fluids d/t the pain. I don't do the jello or pudding..

Popsicles & Jello count as water for me. I add dry milk to my pudding to make it a protein and use it as a meal...

Jello and popsicles are Medifast food because they have to be digested. Water is instantly absorbed...

Sugar free popscicles and jello are not counted as anything they are fee. I am allowed to have all of either that I want..

I count water and other "beverages" as liquids even the protein shakes since they are made with water. (I count the protein too).

I add protein powder to SF pudding and count that as protein..

Since I am still working on getting all my fluids in and enough protein everyday it is not something that I worry about..

Good luck and check with your program...
