WEEKLY BONUS - PICK ONE THING TO DO THIS WEEK THAT IS NOT WEIGHT LOSS RELATED AND FOLLOW THROUGH WITH IT FROM WEDNESDAY TO SUNDAY.

Examples - floss your teeth each day, do the dishes each night before bed, one load of laundry a day, read a trashy novel for 15 minutes a day, meditate for 5 minutes each morning..

I've been putting lotion and then socks on my feet every night before bed..

Something I always say I'm going to do - but forget..

For the Challenge I did 2 XTRA loads of laundry every day. Yesterday I was completely caught up. I will do 4 loads today and I think that will catch me up again..

If I wasn't so OCD about washing things separately, I would never have laundry sitting around. But I hate mixing jeans with light stuff, DH's smelly outside work clothes with anything else, my delicate underwear on anything but hand-wash cycle, dishtowels get their own cycle, you get the point....

Edited Monday to increase my loss...
