Yoplait light, many flavors at 105 per container.

Stay away from Dannon fruit on the bottom at 150 per container..

I like Dannon's Activia Light. At 70 calories, and 0 gr. fat. The Nutrisystem foods are fairly processed. I'm thinking that Activia may help to insure that things moving along nicely...
