Got a question, hope someone can answer... Does Medifast Gordoni really work for weight loss? Hoping for any comment. 2nd question I got is.. The poll results indicate that most of us would like to see ONE Permanent Discussion Thread and ONE Weigh-In Thread For The Entirety Of Each New Challenge..

So, let us begin our permanent discussion thread here...one thread to check for from now on...no need to search for dates, etc..

The BRONZE Discussion Thread.

...all you need to know!.

When our next challenge beings in two weeks I'll start our Weigh-In thread for that challenge, and that will continue throughout the six week period..

Now, as I posted in last week's discussion post, a name is needed for the upcoming challenge, and these are the choices:.

1. 4H Heaping Helping of Health for the Holidays Challenge.

2. Fall Into Shape For The Holidays Challenge.

3. From Harvest to Holidays Challenge.

4. Halloween to Harvest Challenge.

5. HHHHow to Handle the Holidays Challenge.

Voice your choice by the end of Monday, October 12th, and I will place our team vote...

I had a pretty good day yesterday. I had a dental appointment...he had to cut into the gum and put a healing cap on my implant...now wait for two weeks before I go back for an impression for my new crown..

Afterward DH and I went to the bank, stopped by my parents, went to the mall and then ended the day at my sister's place. While at the mall, moved up a little and bought a new cellphone. If any of you are part of the Verizon family and would like to chat in person, feel free to PM me with your number...I think that little, added personal touch would be fun..

Today I'll be setting up my new phone, and also sorting through my mess here...getting too out-of-hand for me! I wish you all a great day!.

Oh...this latest challenge has ended...I am always happy to see these end when I don't do well. I always look forward to the next, pushing to do better. This next one will take us through Halloween, and Thanksgiving...and.

I am going to work my butt off to make it through 100%! How about you?..

Good Afternoon Bronze Team.

Happy Sunday- Today is Weigh-In Day # 7 for me. It was another successful Weigh-In for 4.

I lost another 4 pounds for a Total of 50 Pounds in 7 Weeks. Also had a big NSV this week.

When I started the program I was wearing stretchpants in a size 26/28. Well I knew it was time to get a smaller size when I started doing the " Home Boy Look" - Crotch almost to my knees. So I had my fiance pick me up 2 Pairs a 22/24 and an 18/20. I was feeling pretty.

Confident. So I tried the 18/20 on. The fit and even had a little room. This felt awesome..

Hope everyone is having an awesome OP Day. I have not checked in in a few days..

I have been rather preoccuppied with a Certain very intriguing and helpful Email.

Loop. Has been taking up alot of my time. You see I am very meticulous. Reading.

Something like " The Beck Diet Solution" is not enough for meI actually outline each.

Well now it is time to give the Creator or Moderator of this Email loop Kudo's.

Can't thank you enough for inviting me to the email loop. Another awesome group to follow.

And keep up with. I love the book. Can't wait to finish my outlining and start the Program.

Tommorrow. It is already helping me so much. I love sharing and learning. Medifast has.

Actually already helped with some of the things discussed..

You are another awesome Leader. Love your forecast for the day. Your bright colors and graphics always put a smile on my face. You are such a motivation. Even when you seem.

To be struggling you still find away to motivate us. I also like # 3 for the Challenge: From.

Harvest to Holidays. Think I am going to do My First Official Challenge with The Bronze.

Team. Hard decision but I think I made it. Let's see how the week goes..

Well so many places to post and so many people to thank. I am humble and truly do appreciate all 230 friends I am lucky enough to have. So if I did not mention your name here. does not mean I am not thinking of you. Just can't always remember all the names. Sometimes it is hard to keep track of who is where...

Good Sunday afternoon! I hope everyone is having a great weekend and enjoying whatever activities you have going for you today!.

Pammi - I don't remember if I voted or not on the threads but I do like the one stop does all. And I'll go ahead and vote for the name so I won't forget ... I like #3 "From Harvest to Holidays Challenge".

Geri - You are doing a fantastic job!!! Congratulations on all you've accomplished and on all that is to come!.

I have to go out of town again this week although only for one night. Once a quarter I have to go to Austin for a leadership meeting with my job. I go with my boss and he knows I'm on Medifast now. He no longer grabs a mini snack size snickers for me out of the candy bowl ... he just gets one for himself. (-: So traveling there won't be a problem, dinner will probably be ok and breakfast that next morning is easy (which is almost a "working before the meeting" breakfast) I usually don't go to this.

But the working lunch ... sigh ... I'm hoping they do the Mexican buffet so that I can have the salad and pick the chicken from the fajitas to put on the salad. There's no opting out of this lunch as we work through it and I'm stuck in a room with about 20 other people with no way to pull out my shaker cup/soup. Any suggestions??? I'd love them ...

With that in mind, I'm going to go clean our bedroom (sounds like a teenager - ha) so we can take everything off the walls, tape the trim, and start painting. This room and one more and we're done!.

I do have one other question ... when you've had a rushed day and have only gotten in 3 or 4 of the Medifast meals and it's getting late ... is it best to have them late (10pm or later) or just skip them for that day? I've been guilty of both and find that when I have one later it's almost like eating a no-no late at night. I feel more blah the next morning and find that scale does not want to move as easily as if I'd eaten at a normal hour the night before. I'd almost rather skip it but know that's cutting protein, etc... Thanks for the advice!.

Have a super day and a great week!.

Happy Sunday evening...wow, I'm here on a Sunday!.

Krista - no skipping...it's the law. Actually, that's a good question for Nutrition Support since you have "blahs" the next day. You can double up on your meals...maybe your 5th would be your 5th and 6th or double up #1 and 2 or #2 and 3, etc..

Purple - wow! 50 lbs - cool!.

Angelina - Good to see you!.

Pammi - Thanks for the poll! Yay, I should be able to keep up!.

Slimda - I've been reading your thread on the Beck book, but can't find the time to read all the posts. I've read so many posts and it's a wonderful group and an excellent leader! I hope you do it again in the spring....then again, I'll be in another class then, too. I AM learning from your group!.

School begins tomorrow (I was on fall break last week). I totally switched around two rooms: office and playroom and painted one. These two rooms have the most stuff in them and I still haven't touched the closets. Goodness! Hubs wants me to paint the new playroom - isn't the new office enough to get painted? - "well, you did such a good job, we need this one painted, too." So, Christmas break is another painting week..

I got another paper due Wednesday and 2 mini-papers on Friday. Another busy week...and more assignments the week after. I'm glad I'm just in ONE class!.

I'm turning 39 years old in 20 days. My "fake age" will be 33; I up'd it from 31 (which I was for about 4 years). When I'm about 42, I'll be "35" or "36" - depends on the wrinkle factor. Hee, hee!.

Take care everyone!.

Has anyone heard from OakTreeGirl?..

TA-I'll be 44 on the 2nd. I always evade the question when someone asks how old I am so that I dont have to lie. I still feel 25. On my license though, I will lie by 10 pounds about my weight. Even at 135, I would have told the lady, 125. HEEHEE I hate birthdaysI hate getting oldI've been crying for every birthday since I turned 30..

Hey Vikki, how are you doing? I am definitely a shop-a-holic. I wish I could go with you.

Hey Pammi, enjoy the later mornings. I AM NOT AN EARLY RISERI will sleep all day long if I do not set an alarm..

Trying to arrange things to go camping for my birthday. I am not sure a week without work (without pay) is a good idea but ya know, I am at an age where I keep thinking "life is to dang short" and I should just enjoy life and stop worrying all the time. I've been this way since I lost my godmother in March. Save, save, save, save for what??? Your kids to enjoy their inheritance???.

I've been seeing a lot of people on my shopping trips, people I know or have known in the past. EVERYONE says how great I look, wants to know how I am doing it, etc. My thought is...how embarrassing will it be if I gained all the weight back...Makes me try a little bit harder to keep the weight off but it ain't easy, girls...For the past few weekends, I am thinking because of the weather (turned a little cooler), all I want to do is eat. I try to restrain myself, I try to not eat anything bad, but I always end up eating more than I wanted to, even though it is all good things (fruit, yogurt, etc.). I probably need a good dose of Medicrack.

, strictly Medifast products 5/1. My advice to all you ladies who cannot decide on one specific weight goal, know how low you want to go before you quit because once you quit, it is definitely harder to lose more. I think, for me, it is a mental thing...I am thin now, why suffer for another five pounds....Awww well, I will get there eventually, probably come spring (season everyone starts thinking of bikinis)..

A while later I was walking past her desk and snagged a piecebut before I could get to my desk she was yelling after me, Bring that back, you dont want that! I was so cute, and just the thing to make me stop for a moment and thinkI realized that I did not want it.

I wish you could have gone with meI beginning to think I am becoming a shopaholic too, and I even enjoy trying things on..

Thanks, I was feeling a little witchy...lol yesterday, so I decide to start celebrating early..

Now that the challenge is over I went over the goals I set for myself: which were, staying on plan, drinking a minimum 150oz of water, exercising 6 days a week, and to journal at least 4 days a weekall in all I think I did good, just a little problem with my water consumptions but everything else I met, and Im happy with the resultstotal -7.1 pounds and -9 inches gone. Once again I have become comfortable with the plan and I dont stress over it all the time, which is a good place to be, now I just need to keep it going...

Warmest greetings to all my fellow medifasting friends. I have had a very busy weekend, lasting through today. Because of this, I have had very little time to come here and catch up on, much less speak to, all of the happenings with everyone here..

My husband and I had a good weekend with three of the grandkids here with us. As I mentioned before, we took them, along with another granddaughter (so four kids total) to our local Pumpkin Patch. It was an unseasonably beautiful day on Saturday which afforded us a great day out. (It is usually still hot and humid this time of year, but a cool front had brought rain and cooler weather...the temps. were in the mid 70's.).

Besides my time and attention being demanded by all of the kiddos, I have been dealing with my aging mother. She had back surgery in early July. Although the surgery itself was successful in treating her back pain, her recovery has been very slow in other ways. I guess having surgery at a more advanced age can really knock that person down in more ways than one. So now, over 3 months later, she is still in a rehab/nursing home facility. She has still not regained all of her strength and mobility, has had some falls, appears to have become more confused at times, etc.

She is demanding to go back to living independently in her home, but no one sees her being able to safely do that. The other two options are to either be admitted to a long term nursing home or to live with one of her three children....and I am the one best suited for that option. It looks like things are going to be coming to a head soon and that changes are coming my way. I love my mother dearly, but she is very stubborn, obsessive, emotional (she is bi-polar) and will just be plain hard to live with. But I am willing to do what I can to make her life easier..

To top it all off, I am getting ready to have some major dental work done...have an appointment today to get the process started..

The good news is that I am having no problems staying OP, even with all the chaos in my life right now. In fact, Medifast is great in times like these. It is so nice to not have to think about or make decisions about what I am going to be eating next..... just grab a package and go..

To Angelina, Antoinette, Carol, Chanda, Chris, Dawn, Geri, Krista, Linda, Mary, Oaktreegirl, Pammi, Pat, Sandy, Sarah, the other Sarah, Slender, Susan, ToniAnn, Vikki, and anyone else I may have missed....

My thoughts and best wishes are with you all for your continued success while on your weight loss journey..

Oh, and I vote for #3 also..

Happy Medifasting, Ya'll.

Pictures taken this weekend at the Pumpkin Patch: Me with my DH, William, Grandkids Rachel (11), Andrew (4), Aaron (3) and Lola (3)...sitting on pumpkins and going on a hayride..

Alana, you have my sympathyyou really do. My disabled uncle came to live with me after his caretaker, my grandmother, passed away. I was only 25, married with one child at the time. I could only take it for three months and then even though he did not want it, he moved in with his brother. My uncle could not bathe himself, his food had to be pureed, and he could walk but needed help dressing himself, etc. It was very difficult.

My uncle did not live with his brother long (the brother smoked a lot) and from there, he moved into a nursing home facility. He lived there for 13 years before passing away. He hated it in the beginning but during this period my daughter and I visited daily. Once he was used to it, he was so busy with going to dances (he could not dance but loved the French music), playing quarter bingo (he won a lot and kept his money for my daughter), visiting with other people, we did not have to visit quite as often. He ended up loving it, and he made many new friends.

To all the rest of my Medifast friends, I hope you have a great OP day.

Alana, I really feel for you. We're going through something similar with my parents. My mother has decided she's totally disabled and can't get out of bed, and my poor frail 86-year-old step-father has to wait on her hand and foot. I'm trying to get the kids together to do something about it, but it's hard. My brother called my mother and she said everything's fine so he just dropped the subject. I know they don't want change, but she should be in a skilled nursing facility so it will be interesting how my EXTREMELY STUBBORN and SELF-CENTERED mother will react if we can get some change initiated...

Morning everyone, I'm so sorry not to have dropped by the last few days..

Vikki, WOW, Can you imagine a baby who is just learning to walk not falling for 63.5 days!!! You are doing it. Look at your successes and not the slip. Get right back on track and GIVE YOURSELF CREDIT! (That's coming soon in the Beck Book.) I think you are doing great..

Pammi, I am also thrilled for you!.

Antoinette, thanks for the encouragement! I am glad to hear you are learning. The loop is very quiet (partly my own doing, I know, since I didn't want the volume to become overwhelming with lots of off topic chatter), so this made my day..

Angelina, thank you for the advice about setting a goal weight. It seems that entering T&M can be tricky. But wow, girl, give yourself credit...by now most people in your situation would be on the way back up. You are doing great..

Chanda, holy cow!!! One pound to 100 lost!!! Girl, you can sneeze that out!!.

Geri, are you kidding? You do a GREAT job of greeting people and keeping track of things. You are a little spitfire! Full of life. So glad to know you..

Alana, your grandkids are little cuties..Congrats on the 20 pound loss!!!.

Sandy, I was going to report on our weather, too. We have a high of 91 today but it is supposed to rain and FINALLY start to cool off. Sadly though, the weather does not give us a chance to get adjusted to cooler temps and just goes from 90 to 40 in a few days time. And everyone wonders why we Cajuns get cold in 40 degree temps. I guess when your body is used to the 90's but then the weather falls to the 40's in only 48 hours of time, the body does not have a chance to adjust. AND usually when we finally adjust, the temps will be up again (sigh).

Vikki, Why did you have to change your ticker? How much did you gain in one day? You know, if you did gain any, it was probably water retention. Dont beat yourself up, girlGet back up there and do your thing.

Hiya Chanda!.

Pammi, Dare I say itYOU ARE IN THE ZONE..

Linda, Thank you for the encouragement. I guess the hard part about maintaining is not knowing what to eat. It takes planning, commitment, and determination, most of the things people have but maybe they don't use everyday. In order to maintain, we have to commit to planning ahead, commit to keeping the weight off, and be determined never to wear those dang size 12's again. If I fall, as long as I get back up right away, I will be fine. It just takes a lot out of ya, ya know.

I have been learning to cook the healthy way. I have been coasting since I started maintenance (basically just eating what I ate while on Medifast but adding more veggies/fruits, and grains to the mix). I am trying to learn how to cook a different way. If any of you know the Cajun-way, you would understand my problemLOLAnyway, hubby and son are my guinea pigs. So far, not too many throw-aways..

Have a Great Thursday,.

With the "new" way this discussion thread will continue, and during our challenges there will be one thread posted at the start, to continue throughout the challenge. My little devilish co-worker kept encouraging me to have "just a little piece" of the birthday cake...I pointed to the Chocolate Mint Crunch bar in my hand and told her that was what I was eating. One day she's chasing after me...the next she's encouraging me to eat..

I know she means well, she just does not understand the psyche of a foodaholic! I know it will be a challenge to get through the weekend, but with these good days under my belt, I should do just fine..

Happy Friday!..

Linda, I think that everyone losing a great deal of weight we go through these cyclesa roller coaster of emotions...you finally feel like you are starting to achieve what you have set out to do, you begin to like what you see in the mirror, you even begin to like yourselfyou get back to that place where everything is going smoothly and it begins to feel like it's second nature and then for whatever the reason you disconnect, these are the times when you need to sort and regroup in your headIm not sure this make sense but this is where I was a couple of days ago..

I had a lot of encouraging support from all but Lucy.

(Knockout09) said it best...told me I need to get back on my broom and ride like the wind baby...so that is what I'm doing...

I am in for next challenge.

Gosh it is so cold here. I think I am dealing worse with the cold this year that last. How can that be? Uggg. Tomorrow is Bridge Day. It is the largest festival in WV. The one day of the year you can walk across the New River Gorge Bridge.

They parachute off and repel off, all kinds of crazy stuff. Temps tomorrow not supposed to get out of the 30's. So on that bridge between those huge mtns. the wind whipping through that gorge oh and I forgot measurable snow predicted for there tomorrow. uhhh you couldn't pay me to walk across that bridge! Yikes it is cold on a good day.

He live on a hill and as you look out our bay window in the living room you can just see into the tops of the trees and it is very beautiful right now..

My 20 year old son had flue this week. So we have had some stress. All is well now. Looking forward to a new week with new problems, tired of the old ones. Next week tempts go back up into the 60's. yahhhh...

I have been doing pretty good this week. I did slip last night when my daughter made cookies but I just had one and got right back on track..

Congrats Vicki on getting back on track... the journey is persistance not perfection.. We will all get there..

Brrr Carol is colder than it is in upstate NY right now. We are at least in the 40's.

Great Job Pammi resisting the temptation. I went out to lunch with coworkers yesterday and I made sure the bread was move from being in front of me. I order my salad that was within L& G and drank my water and stayed on plan..

Hi to everyone else and have a great day..

Alana - What beautiful photos. Sorry to hear about mom; is she better? How did your dental visit go? Oh, great job on being the Biggest Loser for the challenge (show off!) and ANOTHER loss??? (Super show off!).

Sandy - Good to hear from you! Did the wind damage any property other than trees?.

Angelina - I agree; that's a lot of work taking care of someone. We trick-or-treated at one in 2005. It was a very nice place - I was a bit jealous actually. They had their own interior "front doors" and they decorated them the way they wanted with little Halloween decorations. When we knocked, they'd hand out their candy - of course, just ONE piece. Some would just leave the bucket of candy outside (in the hallway).

Don't know about Oak and Sarah. I'll try to catch Sarah on Yahoo Messenger this weekend..

Vikki - You'll get back on board!.

Chanda - How's it going?.

Pammi - Great job! - again! By the way, who are these sugar freak coworkers?.

No challenge for me..

Linda - Quiet is good...it's from a different perspective. Education..

Krista - Glad to hear from you, too!.

Carol - I miss leaves changing colors. Just a green and brown here. Real exciting..

Pat/Sandy - Okay, call me slow - but I sometimes think you two are the same person. I think it's because you both have similar haircuts and avatars. Yeah....s l o w.....

I'm trying the 5&1 today. So far so good. Tomorrow...hmmm???..

Hi all.

I got back from my trip overseas to a house of flu. The drs think that it was a h1n1 epidemic with 40% out in the schools. Did they close,oh noooo. My dd17 will have a week to get caught up..

I am off kilter and off plan.I got my shipment today (intervention from above?) I am starting to realize what set of thoughts cascades my program into the ditch. I usually can stop it before I do the off plan eating. I thought that with combination of fatigue, jet lag and overwhelming work I deserved a "treat". Wrong!!! I need to remember the bloat, shame and discouragement so I don't do this again..

My work will not require any travel until next year so I would like to participate in this new challenge. I am mounting the broom and riding!!.

Alana - Oh, now THAT is funny! Was that photo taken in Austin? Ahhh....I miss Austin. If I ever put any sort of pumpkin decor out in front of my house, the javelina or deer would eat it. We are on a cul-de-sac and that's the only disadvantage of living on one - no one sees your holiday decorations!.

Have a fabulous weekend everyone....now what to do for my 2nd to last weekend before turning....uh....that age...

Slender1 so sorry to hear about the flu at your home. I hope she has a speedy recovery!.

Hi Everyone,.

Pammi, sorry to be so late, but I am IN for the next challenge...and...I got my MOJO back! Don't know quite how, but it is there. Well, yes, actually I do know how. I was reading the Beck book where it says if you are having a struggle, you should make yourself accountable to your coach on a DAILY basis...call or email every single day and tell what you ate the day before. Well, I decided to modify that a bit and do it with my almost 16 year old daughter. I write down EVERYTHING I eat each day, and the next morning she reviews it and draws a little smiley face or heart if I was OP. She is so happy to do this! And believe it or not, it is working...gotta love that Dr.

Hi Slender, TA, Pammi, Carol....

Vikki, sorry to hear about your mom. Sounds like she was having fun before she was hurt. I hope she has many dancing days left to enjoy..

Krista, I am a former band geek, too. Played the trumpet in band for 8 years. Son played the saxophone. Daughter played the flute and drums. Did you manage to stay away from the concession stand during the day? I love concession stand foodSIGH.

Linda, whatever works, however it works, is the ultimate goal. I am glad you found a way to make it work for ya..

We went visiting on Sunday. My aunt has recommitted to losing those 20 pounds she was trying to get off. She was doing Medifast before August but then went on vacay and slipped. She is just now climbing back up the hill. Her daughter just had a baby and started Medifast a week ago. She has lost 5 pounds already.

I am worried she will get discouraged and give up if her loss is not as significant as her mom and sister..

Observation: My aunt knows how many carbs she can have in a day. She can tell you exactly to an nth what is in the Medifast product. I was on the diet for 4 months, and I know NOTHING. Here is my queston...Is too much knowledge about Medifast helpful or hurtful? Because, honestly, I just followed the program as dictated, blindly if you will, and the program worked. I did not need to know how many carbs I could have in a day because I never went over the recommended allotment. I never tried to add anything not listed in the program.

I just figured if I worked the program IT would work for me. Am I naive? Do you think more knowledge is hurtful or helpful?.

As for me, what with my relatives recommitting and/or starting out, it has given me a new perspective and a healthy competition to either lose those last 5 pounds and/or at the least, a stronger commitment to maintain. We will see what plays out in the coming months..

Happy Tuesday All,.

Sarah J - Woot! Glad to hear you are still alive!.

Angelina - Hmmm.....I've never been good at anything "medical" or "nutritional" - I just can't learn the whole calorie, carb, sodium thing. That's why Medifast was so easy for me at the beginning when I was so successful. I can go to the doc and hear this and that, but everything just leaves my head as soon as I'm out of the office. Wouldn't I make a fabulous nurse?..

Hi BBB's.

Thank you for the well wishes. Mom is doing better, she went for a walk today..

I had plenty of knowledge and I did a great following the plan for a while, then as you all know I used that knowledge to tweak the plan add a little here, exercise a little more where I continued to lose weight but in reality was not really following the plan. I'm not sure if that answers your questions or reaffirms what you stated..

Mom wasnt dancing naked, but she probably would have no problem doing so. Hot looking chick for a 70 year old..

I so happy you got your mojo back, you are right about daily accountability it has kept me in line for the last 3 months..

He same thing happened to me a couple of days ago, I know I made post, but when I came back it was gone, for a while there I thought I was losing it. I know helps us lose weight, not our mind...lol!.

TASame here. In one ear, take a test, ace the test, out the other never to be known again...LOL.

Vikki, Yeah, I think you did answer my question..I guess with the Medifast program, knowledge is not power. However, it would be nice if I knew what does what in the nutrition department now that I am on maintenance. Since I find the whole process too complicated to learn, I will have to just stick with what I do know and that would be...eating from the two food groups if I am hungry (fruits and veggies), eating my servings of protein, grain, dairy, and only minimal fat added to anything I eat. I think if I can stick with that, I should be okay. However, on those days I get more of one than I should be getting, it would be nice to know the inner workings of nutrition so I could combat whatever it is I did eat. Does that make sense? Ah well, I am probably rambling but anyway...thanks for the reply....

Welcome Beth...from one animal lover to another...LOL.

I know nothing about how the Medifast product works, but I do know that I have been on it since Monday and just one short day later, my energy level hit it's peak. I started back on Medifast on Monday to lose a few as I was edging closer to that 140 pound NO-NO in my world. On Tuesday, and even though it is my TOM, I decided early a.m. to clean my trees (and all fake plants in my house). I began by moving furniture (why have clean trees if the floor underneath is dirty, right) vaccuming underneath, rearranging little things, moving big things, sweeping, vaccuming, dusting whatever was moved. When the floor was clean enough, I took a shower with my trees (large shower, large trees).

Took the rest of my plants and gave them sink baths. Left them out to dry. Replaced all plants when they were dry. Coaxed my big girl in the shower, took a shower with her (she is 85 pounds and HATES to take a bath), dried her, sent her out in the clean house (she could run around to her little hearts content). Cleaned the shower which is by far, no small job.

I was exhausted but exhilerated all at the same time. I got a lot accomplished yesterday but unfortunately, I am paying for it today (sore everything)...LOL...It always amazes me how much energy I get when I am doing MF..

I am working today but when I look around, my house, my dog, my trees, and my hair are all nice and clean.....

It is a good beginning to a wonderful day!!.

Happy Hump Day,.
