As you all know I am off to Alaska, so this is being posted early. Do not weigh in until Sunday or Monday. You pick which day, but do try to stick with that day for the next six weeks. Remember you must give us a starting weight for the challenge to be put on the roster. That weight is your current weight as of August 30 or August 31..

My challenge goal: My current BMI is in the obese range. A 10 to 15 lb range will put me in the overweight range, plus that will put me in the 190's..
