First of all Fast weight loss tips or best Nutrisystem diet? Many thanks for any answer. My 2nd question... I have been off the program for a year and gained back the 30 lbs. I had lost so re-started the program on January 1st. On the 2nd or 3rd day I got the headache which I expected and the drop in energy that I remembered from the first time I was on the program. Something new, I started to itch. |

I have not met anyone in this men's forum who is a qualified medical doctor, so you should probably ask that question of your own physician..

I'm not a qualified medical doctor but I play one with the cheerleader up the street..
I don't itch, but when I'm in a fat burning cycle, my pee gets darker yellow. And every time I drink water first thing in the morning I sneeze. Really.. I've met several qualified medical Doctors, Lawyers, Insurance investigators, Acura Dealership Managers, Disabled American Veterans and so on in the Men's Room. I've met a few of cynical a$$wipes too.. The only stupid question, is the one you don't ask... |

Sorry about the itching....I looked at several dinners and lunches and I could not find sulfates listed in the ingredients. I did find something called OMEGASOL in the lunch and this has fish oil and fiber. Do you have any issue with Fish Oils? I would lay off the Advanced lunches for a few days and see if this clears it up. You can still get Nutrisystem Nourish lunches at Big Lots and on EBAY if you aren't too picky about the selection. Thanks for the helpful advise. I don't think fish oil is the problem as I take it as a supplement. I re-checked the ingredients and nothing looks suspect so it may be something else in my environment. Since no one else has experienced this problem it must be just my weird system and is probably transient..
I'll post again if I find a solution or it just goes away... |

Actually,, I have a itchy patch of skin on the inside of my right arm that has been going on for a while. I never connected it to Nutrisystem and honestly, I can't exactly recall how long it's been going on..
I'll pay some attention to it now and see if I notice any correlation to meals or anything... |

It could coincidentally just be that it is winter and dry and that is why you are itching...

The itching has stopped. After about the fourth day it just went away. I am glad it wasn't the Nutrisystem foods as this is the only weight loss plan that works for me. It must have been something in one of the "added" foods in the diet. Anyway, thanks again for the advise. I lost four pounds the first week and feel great and look forward to loosing more. The adventure continues...
