My 1st question is: Has anybody every tried Medifast diet pills do they work? Hoping for any response. Another question... So in Feb. I will be 2years out and doctors want me down to 135-145 and right now as I stand I am only at 194. Me I would like to be down to at least 155-165 but am so lost on how to get there. I have been in a real funk lately and just don't know how to get out of it.All I want to do is well nothing!! What do I do? Doctors say that I need to get as much of the weight off by Feb.

Please HELP ME GET OUT OF THE FUNK!!!!..

5 IF YOU LIke what you see you're done.

6 get a clue and get back with the program.

FYI I don't know your deal but either finish the job or stop whining..

OK,.

Back to basics, follow the program. Write down what you eat, drink etc. Be sure you are eating protein first then fruits and veggies, then the right carbs in small amounts. Drink plenty of water. Don't eat and drink together. Stop 1/2 hour before you eat, don't start drinking again for 1/2 hour after you eat.

No more than 3 meals a day etc. you know the routine. Just follow it. if you need to journal to do it. By all means buy a notebook and write it down.

Be sure you are exercising, Do something every day! Walk, bike, swim, whatever you LIKE to do. If you like to do it, you are more likely to stick to it..

Heavily and have larger body sizes. Seriously, like 40 minutes on the eliptical with the arms going at high-speed... I don't know where I'm going to end up... I don't know where anybody is going to end up. I only know you can work hard to be healthy. My trainer says training any more than 45 minutes a day is a waste, because after that the law of diminishing returns kicks in...

I dont know how tall you are, but it sounds like the optimal weight being prescribed for you is BS. I say again BS. If you are like me, you are pushing 50, been overweight most of your life, and dont have an hourglass shape. I have lost 195 pounds and still considered obese at 5 4.5 and 171 pounds. Listen to your body and not your docs. One concrete thing you can do to find out what is really going on with your body is to have your fat to muscle ratio measured.

Issues affect weight more than anyone could imagine. If you have problems in that area, get some treatment. You will be amazed at what a difference good.
