First of all Has anyone ever tried these Medifast pills for loosing weight? Looking forward for any comment. Another quick question... Sorry to whine....

I have lost just about 50 lbs out of the 100 I need to lose. (Yay!).

But...my belly is still so big I am hardly changing pant sizes. I was barely fitting into some 20W's when I started. Now a 16W fits my waist w/extra room in the butt..

When does the belly disappear? I tried to buy some new pants for work and it was really depressing!..

And Dixie if yiu do a good job during the program, you won't even have to walk or hike around.! :))).

The body respond best to intensity for several weeks then you've gotta mix up the routien sp or your efforts are wasted. This body is a marvelous gift if yiu know how to work it..

, or you might need to start with something lower impact. My doctor recommended that I walk in the community center pool and do stretches and simple moves in the water. I have since added some light weights to my exercises that I do out of the water to try to increase muscle tone and decrease the appearance of the loose skin. Besides Medifast diet and excercise, how else am I to take control of my body?.

Videos. There are tons of them out there that focuses on one part of the body (spot training). Fat burning activity burns fat all over your body. It doesn't just burn from one location. You have to focus your efforts on each location that you want to reshape. Also, don't forget that muscle burns fat too...

I get the stress on excercise. But, isn't it strange that I've only gone down 2+ pant sizes?.

If this keeps up, I'll hit my goal weight and still be a size 12/14? It just doesn't seem right...

Well I've lost 51 pounds now and I started at a size 20 and am currently in a size 16 with extra room. Don't have a 14 to try on or I might be in that size! But sounds like me you are right on track! I wouldn't worry so much about size yet! Just continue to lose and re evaluate when your numbers are where your goal is and yes work out the key areas along with everything else! Good luck!..
