Got a question, hope someone can answer... Has anyone had any success on the Nutrisystem diet? Thanks for any answer or 2. 2nd question I got is.. 80 pounds gone forever. |

Congrats man. Take a note from Chris Berman's interview a while back. Next time you are in the gym, pick up an 80lb weight and just carry it around for a few seconds. That's what you lost. (It will make you feel even better than you do right now. I guarantee it!).

It just gets better and better! A very good friend of mine is in the hospital right now; he's on a ventilator and can't eat or drink anything. He's being fed through a tube into his stomach. He can't even set up - and most of his problems were the result of complications from his weight. You may have indeed literally saved your life. Every year we carry the extra weight we face the grim ripper and a quality of life that really sucks. Nutrisystem makes it possible to have a joyful life with minimal discipline and little sacrifice..

Probly will do that after I reach my 100 goal..
I expect to start losing a little slower now as I am headed to the gym.. Until now, I have only been doing Cardio, with some Perfect Pushups from time to time.. Now I have hired a Personal Trainer and joined a gym. Tomorrows my first day.. This next phase should be exciting... |
