First off, Has anyone tried Metabo Extreme Fat Burner Nutrisystem diet Pills? Thanks in advance for any answer. Another question... 4 lbs gone never to return.

I feel better than I have in months/years. I used to suffer from panic attacks and I haven't had one since day 1. I sleep better now, used to be with the panic attacks it would take me 2-3 hours to fall asleep. Now I hit the pillow and I am out in under 5 minutes. I also stay asleep till it's time to get up. Way more energy, Like WAY WAY more..

I love the food - cept the deserts - those soy things are nasty. But I edited my next box and all should be golden. I also note that the pizza rocks. Just load it up with fresh mushrooms and onions. YUM!.

Keeping about 1500 cal every day according to the website calculator. Overall I am loving it..

The wife did beat me out though. She lost 7 the first week. But I am sure I will catch up. One thing we both have noticed. Even though you have to buy stuff extra past the large box o food, it lasts alot longer. IE - juice.

We have had the same jug last all week and then some. I am glad to be on Nutrisystem and I am really happy the wife is on it with me. Helps me stay honest and stick with it..

Good job on sticking with it...I'm on my second day today..

My Fiancee' is starting the program also, so we can do it together. Her stuff should arrive sometime this week. I think it will help me stick with it...

That's awesome man, congrats! I officially have a week down in the system and I feel much better as well. I know I keep stressing this but the biggest thing is my energy levels. It really is amazing. I used to come home dragging from work and not feel like doing anything. Last week I found myself doing chores when I got home, looking forward to the gym, etc. We are T-minus 6 days from the ultimate day of temptation, the Super Bowl.

Maybe I'll just do double cardio that morning..

This is one of the biggest plusses I have experienced from NS. I now realize that a lot of my procrastination had to do with lack of energy. Now, I no longer put things off. I have both the energy and desire to get it done and move onto something else...

I still put things off, just use all that extra energ to do the fun things I never let myself do before. First time in years I'm looking forward to summer and the beach..

That's friggin AWESOME, Dan!.

I felt the same way after my 1st week i.e. a lot more energy. Along with sticking with the food make sure you keep up with the water. If you are finding it difficult drinking the amount you need to, don't worry it does get easier. I never ever used to be able to stand water. Now into week #4 I have no problem putting away about 1.5 - 2 times the amount.

Keep it up, you'll just keep feelin better and better...

Great start Dan! And to all of us newbies. Good to have the support here. I too have some help at home. My wife and daughter joined as well so all three of us are gettin' into the program... sharing in putting together the lunch and dinner sides...

The best part is that I don't feel my gut pressing in on me as much when I sleep. I can't wait until I lose enough not to feel it at all...

Great job dude. I lost 60 lbs my first time on Nutrisystem with stuff I bought on Craigslist. I'm now getting it directly so I can get what I want, not what somebody else wants..

Stick with it but remember to learn portion control so that when you eventually stop the program you have learned new eating habits...

Never expected it but I've also lost my craving for soda. Thought it was quenching my thirst but actually it was increasing my thirst and probably my hunger too...

Whats funny is I told myself I can do a soda a day - diet of course..

But since starting I have had 1 the third day. Not one since. I was going to this morning but just didn't want it. So I skipped it...
