First off, Has anyone tried Nutrisystem and or nutri system? Many thanks for any answer or 2. My 2nd question... I wore my leather flight jacket today...issued in 1976 and last worn (becasue I could not zip it any more) in 1983 about 6 months after I mustered out. So basically I just turned the clock back 25 years.. |

Hmm... I need to find out myself. I don't know what is the right answer to your question. I'll do some investigation and get back to you if I discover an good answer. You should email the people at Nutrisystem as they probably could answer your Nutrisystem question..

Way to go John!.
I dug out a brand new (20 years old, never worn) Air Force BDU fatigues from the attic a few weeks ago. I'll have to shoe-horn myself into them and post a pic giving you a salute. lol. Love those NSVs... |

Congratulations! I had to have a suit at Christmas, for our choir, and didn't know until it was to late to get one. Found a suit I hadn't worn in at least 30 years - looked like it just came back from the cleaners and fit better than any suit I can remember - it felt fantastic! Some NSVs are better than others..
Have many more NSVs!.. |

GREAT NSV!!! A 25 year roll-back is incredible! You look great! I have not had the courage to aim that high (or is it low?). This opens the door to think that, maybe, just maybe, after hitting my 200 goal, I can keep it going to under 190 (high school-very lean). We'll see in about 4 months (I hope!). This is very inspiring. Thanks..

Chris, They don't look tight on you....thanks for the salute....I got rid of all my uniforms about 5 years out of the service when I decided to not join the ready reserves after grad school. The flight jacket was the only thing I could talk my DW into keeping....Hope all is well with you and yours...
