My question is Has anyone tried South African Medifast Gordonii? Many thanks for any answer or 2. 2nd question I got is.. Ok, so I am so definately off track. I have lost 52 lbs since October 20th. I have started cheating on my eating habits. I started eating a christmas cookie and some hershey kisses without getting sick.

I am making a comittment that starting tomorrow, I am Pulling up my big-girl panties (as Lu would say) and getting myself back on track. I will make sure I am eating my protein and not eating anything that is not on the nutritious plan. I am not about to go backwards in this journey. I've come to far to go back now. It will be a day to day struggle but I signed up for this and would not change my decision to have this.

I am committed to not being so hard on myself and know that I am strong enough to get through anything that comes my way. I am committed to working hard to get my water in, to getting back to.

Good question... I dunno what is the answer to your question. I'll do some Googling and get back to you if I discover an answer. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably could answer your Medifast question..
