My 1st question is: Has anyone tried the natural suppressants Medifast? Looking forward for any answer or 2. 2nd question I got is.. Hi all you exercise fiends!!!.

As promised, here is our new thread. Sorry for the delay, I was supposed to post it on Monday! Oh well, at least it's up before we need it next Monday..

As we agreed, the goals are to tally points for the week:.

1 point each day for staying 100% OP.

1 point each day for drinking a minimum of 64 oz water.

1 point for EACH 15 minutes of exercise.

We post on Mondays and you are encouraged to brag about weight loss! However, to make those of us who shed it more slowly feel a little better, we can also brag about the % weight loss achieved!.

Perhaps most important, camraderie, support and the love of friends joined in a common goal...

Good question... I dunno what is the answer to that question. I'll do some research in Google and get back to you if I discover an decent answer. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably could give you an answer..

Thanks for swinging by! Have a great week and enjoy as much as you can. I know how TOUGH it can be to stay OP when traveling! I made a bunch of Medifast muffins and shake cakes to help get me through the week. \.

I'm so glad we're up and running! Yea!!!.

I hope everyone has a great rest of the week..

Tomorrow, I'm going to exercise for an hour (walk/jog)...working towards my 1/2 marathon goal on March 29th, where my preparation and sure will are going to be tested. I have so much ground to cover (literally) that I am trying not to be skeptical, but I'm no where near ready to walk/jog a 1/2 marathon..

I know why I talked myself into it: 1) I've wanted to do this for a long time...since highschool 2) I want to prove to myself that I can do what I put my mind to 3) I want to build endurance 4) I want to "up" my self-esteem 5) I want my family to know that I believe in myself, so that they will believe in themselves 6) I want to be "ultra-fit".

Now that I have my goals, I have to convince myself that I have to try and enjoy the road to get there, and that's truly what I struggle with. I want "fitness" now; I want "success" now; I want to win the war over being unhealthy and obese now, but "now" is not always possible and that's what I have to realize and accept. I have to exercise patience and enjoy the course as it's being played...one lap at a time, one pound at a time...and my struggle continues...the mental vs the physical....

Well, I'm off to walk/jog!.

BTW, how do I get the banner???.

Kai! You are doing SO GREAT!! I really need to set up some kind of goal for myself like you have to get me moving. The last week I've been so lazy!! Le Sigh! I'll get back at it!.

To add our banner, go to edit your signature, then click the icon to add an image. When requested to add a URL, get rid of the 'http://' and instead copy and paste this into the URL field:.

Then preview your signature, and you'll probably see some Medifast HTML stuff on the top of the banner and below it. You can get backspace over it to get rid of it and this will 'clean up' your banner..

Happy Friday!.

This is when I have to buckle down because the weekend is sooo hard for me to stay OP, but I just have to push through or else I'll be miserable by Monday with the extra weight and guilt....

Hello all!.

Welp, this week was very tough! I didnt get in but a couple days of exercise and my weight loss has STALLED! UGH!.

Despite that, I'll just keep plugging away..

My kitchen is torn up because I'm getting new granite counter tops! Very exciting, but also rather stressing, as I have plans for about 25 people over for Thanksgiving....

They had BETTER have it done!!.
