Good job Andi....maybe we should add purple horseshoes too to balance out the lucky charms...we could earn those when we kick our own (or other's butt's into) gear....you know a ninja needs some numchucks......

I too will be here every day, even on weekends.

I will be patient with myself and the scale because I know I am going in the right direction...i will not let the fact that i'm not losing 8lbs per day convince me that this is a waste of time, I will keep my expectations reasonable.

I will be 140 by st patricks day.

I'm kidding...i will be very mindful of bites and tastes because they are getting a little out of control.

Hi all... great challange andi. forgot to come on here yesterday..

Ok my 3 goals:.

1. no food after 10:15 PM. not even Medifast food..

2. post here, even at night and on weekends. even if I dont have time to say a lot..

3. work out 2x per week. (improvement from 1 ).

Love all you guys goals. maybe if we earn some hearts Robyn will tell us where that charm is gonna go...

Hey andi....

Sorry I missed your post till today. Ive been doing the wii fit. great until the wii stopped working. so it's in the shop getting fixed. been trying to do a dvd in the morning. been ok, but it's one from the 90's and it's getting boring already.

Suggestions anyone???..

Gym - make it convenient to you. I could never do what Lara is doing driving all that way for Yoga - MAD PROPS for that committment!.

And find one that has what you like... if you want to swim - need to have a pool. need child care - maybe a community one. like group activities - need a gym that does that....

I like the Y. I am now at 24hour Fitness..

Finally - Yelp the gyms in your area. might help you decide.....

I wanna join whipit180 challenge... if I dont get picked to be a challenger (since I am sure there will be HUNDREDS of apps) I think I may change from doing the Drake 8k to the Grand Mile... a mile sounds more realistic at 250 lbs than 5 miles! OK this is a warning- This is not a pretty report this week!!!!.

Weight: 156.8.

Water: 5 of 7.

Exercise: 3 of 5.

Progress: I did not make yoga 3x but did get in 3 days of exercise. I did post here daily even when way busy over the weekend. And lastly I did take my measurements this week. (I need to find my old ones to compare but I will definately compare now and St Patty's day!).

Randomosity: did you give a Shammie a Purple Horse shoe kick this week?- Well I gave myself several this week- they just weren't hard enough!.

Other thoughts- I haven't been able to do the whole maintenace thing this week as obvious with my HUGE gain, which I'm just pizzed at myself about. So I am going back to 5/1 and doing C25K instead of the hot yoga. I love the yoga but I'm burning too many cals for 5/1 and I'm not ready for maintenace yet. Plus the drive and time commitment will be hard with GS cookies booths the next couple of weeks. And JACK better come full force tonight- this playing with me MUST STOP!..

Andi... thanks for the feedback about a gym. DS and I going to check one out today. Its planet fitness which is really big in NY. it's basic with only machines. no classes or a pool.

Good part- only $20 a month and I can bring ds as a guest every time. he wants a six pack... LOL. I just want to get rid of tummy pouch..

Hi sandy... yeah that lower tummy is a biotch. I blame the 2 c-sections I had. too bad that was 11 years ago.... LOL. I'm good with walking..

Muffy... yeah excercise. ugh. I have very little good advice with that one. planning has to be key cause it works with so many other issues..

Made it to board 6 of 7 days...but, had guests on Sunday and had a jack related moment of weakness...why did they have to bring that boston cream pie cake? (my dad's favorite, so I was compelledew).

My office mates who are on a "healthy living team" with me quit turning in their weights on Friday weigh in, but I'm still doing it and I'm the office hero b/c I've had such tenacity with my commitment to return to a hot bod..

Randomosity: did you post a NSV??? Well hella yeah I did. I posted that I ignored my favorite boston creme muffin that the entire office enjoyed despite my intense need for comfort food this week..

EPIPHANY: I didn't need FOOD to bring me comfort despite the emotional roller coaster that my work has become. Ooooooo, light bulb moment!..

Ok ^^^ that's week 2, here's week 3:.

Coming here: 7 of 7 although some were late night check ins..

Exercise: 1 of 7 again... At least steady..

Progress: Feeling the Medifast groove, getting used to my 1.5 per week average drop, and not much desire to cheat..

NSV's for the week: size 10 pants, bought new clothes to celebrate. Work incredibly stressful and food is not the comfort/vice that I'm turning to squash to stress..

Ok, I missed posting last Monday, but I did get on every day since then AND I stalked..which I try to do once a week cuz I just can't keep up with shout outs every day...i did hit the 20lb mark and i'm happy about that...i told Andi that I want to be 189 by St. Pats day so I got 10days to lose 6lbs.

Progress: Did really well on my goal to exercise. went to the gym 3 times minimum each week. Not so great with other goal of not eating late. prob avg 2 nights out of 7 eating late..

Progress during the challenge... was really glad to have challange and the amazing support. each day has been tough and trying not to think about those last 10 pounds...

Did I make my goal? no. but, the thing i've learned this time is when I do have issues with to OP or not to OP, instead of it being the end of the world and quitting the whole darn thing, I just get back to it ASAP. I don't want to be a chronic off-planner, and I don't intend to be, but I can't classify myself as the world's most disgusting person if I can't keep it together 100% of the time, right?.

My next goal is to lose 10 lbs before Mexico which is 4/25..

Progress: posted 5/7. always grateful - shared 5/7. better at resisting - especially since hubbie is officially off plan. UG..

And please share how you felt about your progress during the challenge: it was slower than I wanted. and slower than this point last time. BUT I realized that I am not exercising as much - that will make this easier to maintain. I am also having regular snacks - which I didn't do last time - and those extra calories will slow my loss but also help with my T&M mindset. Overall - I am pleased with my slow steady progress. You know I love me some turtles.....
