That's a good question. I'm not sure what is the answer. I'll do some research in Google and get back to you if I got an answer. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably could assist you..

Sometimes I eat lunch from the cafe at work. During these 7 days, I will consider that eating out and will be bringing all my meals from home. My plan is to prepare all my own L&G meals for those 7 days (OK - maybe hubbie will cook - he's good like that.

).

That is why the Challenge allows the whole month to plan for this.......

Weight loss (in #): -2 (This is what I will use because it was where I was at before I left home yesterday, I used my BF's scale and his said like a 5 lb weight loss which I am not counting til I get back and get on my regular scale).

-having a hard time with 50 by the 4th - we basically didn't eat out for my first 2.5 months on Medifast (i think I went out once). so now with birthday coupons for free meals and the 1/2M, we have been eating out a couple times a week for the past 2 weeks. This Wed I am giving a banquet for work - and WILL eat that yummy salad & chicken from the restaurant. Sat I'm leaving on a cruise, and so I'll try when we get back from the cruise - that will give us a week, I think! I'll go for that week as best I can!.

OK Shammies - maybe it's a summer slump but we ALL seem to be losing momentum. Let's work this week to get it back..
