My first question is How do I delete the Medifast cookies in my computer? Looking forward for any answer or 2. Second question.. My home is about 75% raw. I have a few things that are not raw but I will eat them anyways until they are gone. Like my dried fruits. Once they are gone I will make my own.

So it will get a good working out..

I ordered Alissa's book, and printed Shazzies journals to read in bed and I have the garden diets e-books..

Now what do I do? Should I go 100%? Should I start out 50%?.

What worked for you and keeps you going?.

I am not sure when I will be 100% but I hope it will be by the end of the year!.

I have some VERY BAD Medifast food addictions and they are literally killing me...

Good question... I dunno what is the answer. I'll do some research and get back to you if I got an useful answer. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably could answer your Medifast question..

Hi Nurrah,.

I went 100% raw on Jan 10th. I've stayed almost 100% (except for some roasted walnuts in a restaurant salad and some cooked corn in another restaurant salad). Its been a challenge, but for me, it is easier to go 100% than to start "allowing" myself some cooked food, especially since I am not good at portion control. So, for me, I have just been saying "I can have raw fruits, veggies, nuts" and sticking with that has made it easier..

I've heard some people do best weaning themselves off of cooked food, but cold turkey is best for me. I quit smoking cold turkey as well though, so it may be a personality thing....

Good luck on your raw quest! I can't wait to hear how you decide to approach it!.

Vie..

I went 100% overnight and I'm glad I did it. I actually feel like it was easier for me that way, and I saw results faster than I would have. If you can get to a raw restaurant and sample a lot of different foods, that helps a lot as well..

Good Luck!..

Make sure to get Alissa's Medifast recipe book, and a Medifast food processor at the least. The mock salmon pate and walnut meat is the reason I've been able to stay 100%. (Mock salmon pate has replaced cheese, and the walnut meat has helped me with my mexican Medifast food cravings- I use it for "tacos" of iceberg, salsa, guacamole and walnut)..

If you don't have a large variety of raw foods on hand it is hard to stay with it. I've been taking on average, 3 apples, several oranges, a larabar, some nuts or trail mix every day with me to work. I've been eating a LOT (or at least it feels like a lot), but it is the only way for me to really stay on the diet... I've been told from other raw foodies to do this and it will keep you raw until your appetite reduces...
