It's truly amazing how minor deviations make a MAJOR difference! Its as if there is a "gate" effect. Hit the right amount of calories and the weight drops off - too high or too low and the weight loss slows or stops. Check WizzBomb's tracker to see what is possible. Fill out your food diary - measure everything - take the time to record all your food. Whenever I've stalled it was because of SMALL deviations. I recommend working the Mindset Makeover under "My Program"...

Excerise......3 days a week 45 minutes each day with 15 minutes on 3 different pieces of equipment.... treadmill, nu-step, rowing, stationary bike, sci-lift hand "thingee" &/or stairmaster... |

You hit one of the keys here..... Hang Tough! Mental Toughness is a big key to this system. Don't get too discouraged, it's good that you are asking the questions here to "right the ship". Way to go!!!!!!!!..
