Got a quick question: How to lose weight without diet pills or funky food or Nutrisystem? Thanks for any comment. 2nd question I got is.. Hi,.

Been on the program since 1 Dec 2008. Started at 276 lbs. Currently weigh-in at 250 lbs. So, as of today 3 Mar 2009 that is a loss of 26 lbs..

The last 2-3 weeks I seem to be at a Standstill. No weight gain, but have only lost 2-3 lbs. in that period. Anyone else having a similar problem?.

I have stayed on the plan, drink approximately 80 oz. of water per day and exercise for 45 mins 3 times a week. Can't figure why the weight loss has almost come to a stop..

Any suggestions?..

That's a good question. I'm not sure what is the right answer. I'll do some poking around and get back to you if I bump into an good answer. You should email the people at Nutrisystem as they probably could give you help..

It's truly amazing how minor deviations make a MAJOR difference! Its as if there is a "gate" effect. Hit the right amount of calories and the weight drops off - too high or too low and the weight loss slows or stops. Check WizzBomb's tracker to see what is possible. Fill out your food diary - measure everything - take the time to record all your food. Whenever I've stalled it was because of SMALL deviations. I recommend working the Mindset Makeover under "My Program"...

Very true! And the less you have to lose or the closer to goal it's REALLY CRITICAL. Nuff said...

You hit one of the keys here..... Hang Tough! Mental Toughness is a big key to this system. Don't get too discouraged, it's good that you are asking the questions here to "right the ship". Way to go!!!!!!!!..
