My question is I am looking for taco bell Medifast recipes? Many thanks for any answer. Second question.. I was just wondering how much weight everyone has lost and how long did it take? I want to see where I stand right now and what I can look forward too. Also, what did you do to lose the weight?..

Hmm... I need to find out myself. I don't know what is the answer to that question. I'll do some research in Google and get back to you if I got an answer. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably could give you an answer..

92.5 lbs in 4 1/2 months. I am following my program is how my fat suit is melting away!.

This kind of question is tricky. Everyone is different. You can't really compare where you stand since everyone's pace varies depending on where you start. I only say this because some people are habitually hard on themselves and comparing only makes it worse. Please don't base where you stand on where others stand. You will shed your fat suit before you know it! This isn't totally about numbers.

As Lu would say, Just saying!..

Surgery.

Date: 09/15/10.

Total loss: 165 pounds.

Pre-op loss 125 pounds.

Post-op loss 40 pounds.

I have not had the huge drop in weight right after.

Surgery.

Like most have, but I was already so close to a.

Liquid diet.

Pre-op, and had lost so much weight pre-op, my surgeons prepared me saying expect a plateau soon...and they were right. In the first 125 pounds I never saw one. I had so many fluids pumped into me during my nine days in the hospital I gained over 20 pounds while I was there. so TECHNICALLY.....I have lost 185 pounds if you include having to shed that water weight before I could ever start to worry with actual body weight. AND.....AND...I started my period in the hospital....I couldn't catch a freakin break with a butterfly net.!!!.

Within 4 weeks of.

Surgery.

I plateaued, and stayed there for almost 4 weeks. 3 days shy of four weeks. I was also involved in a really bad wreck, and along with my open abdominal wound that had been infected way back from.

Surgery.

...that took 10 weeks to heal....

Exercise.

Has had to be limited..

Things are just now, finally...getting back to normal...with the move and such I am getting great.

Exercise.

, lost 8 pounds one week, then 6 the next, now weigh less than I did when I got married in 1996..

I noticed yesterday morning when I weighed in, I had actually gained 2 pounds....but....it is that time again girls...so it is just water I am sure...I certainly am not falling all to pieces over it...

October 25th.

Officially down 54 pounds last time I weighed myself three weeks ago. I have my 3 month appt. tomorrow and will post an updated weight if different. Also getting inches measured tomorrow which I think will be huge because I have dropped three sizes already..

Can I offer advice while I am at this matter!?.

DON'T WEIGH YOURSELF EVERY WEEK!!! You will literally drive yourself crazy! I threw my scale away. For this first year, I want to know my weight at doctors appointments and if we see a big increase at any point, we will address it. But I have found from watching this board that a lot of people OBSESS about numbers! It's not about the number! It's about your health and how you feel! It's about making a better life for yourself and having the chance to do things you may not have been able to in the past...

Pre-op (3/10 to 10/19) - 70 pounds.

Post-op - 29 pounds.

My weight loss hasn't been much faster than pre-op, however, I was prepared for that... the smaller you get, the slower it comes off. But this time it won't be coming back! 22 to 32 pounds more to go, so grateful!!!!..

So since August/September... my life has been my schooling, so I could be down more if I exercised more. I have gone through a month or two where I don't loose anything, then I will loose 10 lbs or so... then I stop again... it is funny... you will loose it and do great!!!..
