Here is the post I had just put on the March thread:.

My Dad passed away early yesterday morning (Apr. 2). He is at peace now and with my Mom. The wake is Monday evening and the funeral is Tuesday morning..

I was sure I would have a substantial weight loss, but I didn't. I guess stress, not enough sleep, and actually 'not enough' to eat probably came in to play...

Good Morning.

Flirts.

!.

Happy April! Wow, I cannot believe that we are already in April. Time has just flown this year! In 11 days I will be 40, and I am both nervous and excited. It feels like a huge deal to me, but not necessarily a bad deal. I know that I have been going through a midlife crisis of sorts, but this period of introspection is leading me to good things, so I am not going to question it. Just riding the waves and seeing where they take me..

I realized this weekend I had a.

Major NSV.

- I managed to push past my wall of dieting, the one where I usually stop a diet after 8-10 weeks. I have now made it further on this diet than any other before in my life. Although my enthusiasm has waned, and I have not lost as much as I had hoped, I press on and will continue to find my way until I reach my goal. It seems phenomenal that I am almost under 200 pounds. When you are 263 pounds, any weight beginning with a "1" seems like a dark and distant dream, but now I can see the light at the end of the tunnel and I am running for it..

Mary.

: You are still in my thoughts and I am still sending you the best wishes! I know today is your father's wake and it will be difficult for you. I hope that despite the pain of his loss, you get to hear some good and positive stories about your father, maybe things you never knew. I know this helped me when my grandfather died - we had a wake and although I was heartbroken, the stories people told about his life was such a healing thing and I learned so much more about him from that experience..

Teresa.

: Glad to see you about - hope you and the little one are doing well ^^.

Bellyoff.

: Congrats on the 3 pound loss! Keep going - you are doing amazing.

UKB.

: Wow, size 8 - congrats! That must be an awesome feeling! Well done - I am so proud of you! Have a great time on your vacation ^^.

Good morning Flirts. I am relatively new at MF, 6 weeks now, and have been lurking but am now ready to join for support. I was hoping I could join you all on this journey. I am a full time working mom with 4 kids and an extrememly supportive husband (who happens to be a stay home dad for our kids). My oldest just turned 6 and my youngest is 13 months yesterday. I am not able to run around with my kids like I would like to so I decided to do something about it and here I am.

You girls are such an inspiration and so supportive of each other that I would really like to join you. I probably won't be an everyday poster because time is a real issue for me but I will keep up as much as possible. Thanks..

Mary, I don't really know you but I wanted to let you know that you are in my prayers. Not an easy time to go through. I lost my mom last year and it was devastating. Time will make it a little easier. Just remember all the good times and just everything about him and he will never really be gone..

Thank you all. And I look forward to getting to know you. Have a great day!.

Hello Flirts!.

Mary - so sorry to hear about your dad. I lost my dad 15 years ago, and my mom 12 years ago. It takes time - give yourself the time. I confess that even after all this time, when something good happens to me, I still pick up the phone and start dialing my mom. I understand. Let us help if we can..

Well, this is day 10 for me. Yes, still very much a newbie. Feeling good about the plan, though. Now that I am trying to get my eating house in order, I am inspired to do the same with some other parts of my life. So - that broken garbage disposal that I've ignored for over a year - called the handyman this morning to come & fix or replace it. And, hung the 3 pictures on the wall that I took down when I painted 2 years ago (yes, that's right - 2 years).

Anyone else getting the same kind of inspiration?.

My real weigh in is not until Wednesday, but I can't stop myself from getting on that scale every day. Looks like I'll be down another 3 or 4 lbs. Yea! At only about 11 pounds down, though, not seeing any difference in the fit of clothes yet - that is what I'm really looking forward to. I think I'll need to be down 20 or more before that happens..

Hope this is a good week for you all!!..

I am doing pretty well so far, but I have been extremely busy. The difficulty will be when I have time on my hands and too much "thinking" time!.

Because Dad was a veteran, there were some "extras" that were extremely beautiful and moving - the flag draped over the casket, the National Anthem played in church, the honor guard at the burial with one soldier playing taps and both folding the flag with respect, snap, and ceremony to present to my oldest sister!.

It will be a long process going through the contents of the house. I've also been working my way through the paperwork which will also take a while to be completed..

Hello flirts, hope you r all doing well today...have been thinking abt you all lately.

Uk, oh I sooo envy you enjoying the warm weather.

Lol....have never been to PR, hmmmm...have to plan the next vacation there....don't beat yourselves too much on being OP all the time, you r with your family and it's allright (atleast in my opinion) to fall off a lil bit here and there as long as you limit yourselves and make good choices....u'll be back 100% when you get back though , right? Enjoy your holidays.....

Well i'm having a bit of a struggle here.....TOM is still late and it's getting on my nerve, have been on and off the program all last week so no big change on the scale, just lost a pound to 172, I wont be changing the ticker until it's 169.

I've been having a very slow loss and I know the reason behind it, every start of the week I promise myself to be totally onplan and slowly wade off a bit here a bit there, so far so good since last couple of days, i've to see how it goes though..

Good morning Flirts!.

Just stopping by to wish everyone a great day! Hope that you all manage to stay OYP (On Your Plan) and have at least one illuminating moment in the day..

I feel the need to tell something to you all, and I feel I can since there is no judgment, only acceptance in this group. I have been struggling and struggling with the 5&1 plan since day 1- no matter how "OP" I stayed, no matter how strictly I stuck to the plan, the weight was not dropping, or barely dropping for me. I finally went to my doctor two weeks ago and we discussed this issue. Given the calories I was eating and the exercise I was doing, I should, by all rights, have been losing more. After talking, she decided I probably needed an even lower carb intake than what was in the 5&1 - she thinks I might be hypersensitive to carbs. To make a long story short, I am now doing a modified Medifast of 3&2 (still getting 800-1000 calories a day) along with multivitamins and omega three oil and exercise.

I post this not to lure anyone "off plan" or to convince them to not do the 5&1 - certainly not. I know the 5&1 works for a lot of people and they have great success on it (our own UKB is a shining example of that!) but that is not the case for me. I post this to speak my truth about my body, and what works for me. And that is the key for me - this is *MY* Medifast. Maybe not his or hers or theirs but part of this process is learning about our bodies and what works for each of us as individuals. I believe in "OMP" - "On My Plan".

Anyway, that is where I am at in my process - just wanted to share. If anyone feels this is not doing Medifast enough for this group, or that my posts or plan might derail anybody else, then I will sadly but willingly take leave of the group so as not to undermine anybody's efforts..

Feels good to share this though - thanks for listening!.

Good morning.

Flirts.

!.

Hope you are all well and have a peaceful and illuminating day! I just wanted to thank you for your support and acceptance while I figure out the best way to achieve my personal weight loss goal. It was tough for me to publicly speak up about changing my plan - not because of anyone in this group per se, but I have seen people on these boards get very protective about being "on plan". I get that though - they have struggled and found something that works for them and that is awesome! For some of us though, we may need alterations. I am blessed to have the support of such a great group who understands that the weight loss process might not be the same across the board for all. I know others who have similar feelings as me, and I love that this group is a safe place for us to support each other..

As for today, I start today moving into a new "decade". 219 - whoda thunk! I cannot even remember the last time I was at this weight. Had to be at least 10 years ago. I am once again excited to press on with my plan and watch the weight drop!.

Elaine.

: I am so sorry about the loss of your friend,, truly. I am sending you my best thoughts, and wish you all the comfort and peace you can have during such a time. If you need anything, please don't hesitate to let me know..

Sony.

: Thanks for the encouraging words, and well-done on your weight loss! Keep up the great work.

Mary.

: Thank you so very much for the kind words and the support. They mean the world to me ^^ How are you doing though? I have been thinking of you lately during your tough times. If you need anything, just let me know!.

Hey all, hope everyone is doing well......

Woohoo Hinata, guess 3&1 is working super miracles on you, losing 1 pound a day....woohoo.

Now I really strongly feel that you have taken the best decision on doing this.....keep it going....

Well about me, I have been going thru some minor trauma since last 3-4 days.....had this severe unbearable pain in my tummy on tuesday, had to go to ER and they found out a tiny cyst......it was soooo small but still they said that they have to do a minor surgery, so there I was ...in the hospital yesterday for the entire day, came back home in the night.....they did a minor surgery and took it out, everything is alright now....still in terrible pain, am on antibiotics and strong pain/sleep medication.....

So obviously I was offplan for the last 3-4 days, couldnt stomach Medifast food, I was throwing up, so I was eating turkey sandwiches in the hospital....soups, toast...etc..... the good thing that came out of all of these is, I didn't gain any weight, i'm still at 171, so it's a good thing.....doctors say that I have to eat real food that I can stomach in order to have antibiotics, since I was throwing up Medifast food, had to eat other stuff......hopefully i'll be back OP tomorrow....ok all I better go get some rest..........

Hi Sony77,.

So sorry to hear about your ordeal! that sounds miserable..

Hopefully you'll start to feel better soon..

It seems like you're weathering the time off plan. Obviously you can't worry about that at all. Most important to take care of yourself and heal..

I'm glad you didn't gain, though..

Good luck getting started again..

Mary, Hi! I'm sorry to be so absent..

I have thought of you many times and tried to send you love and support in this time of grief..

I'm back around now, and still trying to get it going..

Blah!!.

I'm off to put the little one to bed now..

Then away for the weekend, but I should be back and posting on Monday as I am...(dare I say it?) starting again full force..

I asked my husband for total intervention for just 3 days. I just want to be able to stay totally our of the kitchen..

Just get through those 3 days and get a groove going..

Have a great weekend everyone!.

Wow. What started as a 9 day break turned into a fortnight of financial disaster! LOL.

HELLO FLIRTS.

! I finally made it home!.

I was running out of meds....ran out of Medifast food....made adjustments, fly extra miles....and ate off plan..

Couldn't be helped..

I am going to be philosophical about it though, and just begin again this morning..

Teresa.

, that means.

Saturdaytodayis day ONE for me!.

My favorite oatmeal tasted yucky this AM. Not surprised, but I will press on. I know part of the.

Four pound gain.

I have is water weight from the flight/salt I consumed (can you figure water is the one thing they won't give you in full measure on a flight?) via diet sodas and snacks, but it just.

Increases my determination!.

I see a few new faces in my time awayWelcome! It looks like there has been some difficulties, please know I will try to catch up with what is going on in your lives as we press on....computer access was just about nonexistent for me as the hotel charged $3.00 for 30 minutes each time I used one. Most of my time was spent keeping up with what was happening at work, and waiting out the rain (got an extra week and little to no time in the sun or on the beach! Yuck!).

I have very few pictures to share; I am sorry to say. I left the charger for my digital camera at home by accident and have not developed the old fashioned film / disposable camera. Money is going to be extremely tight. DH says I may have to give up Medifast for a month till we get back on track. I am not sure what to say to that.....afraid the slippery slope will be pulling me way off track..

I will try and figure out a way to put up a few pics later on. I am SO happy to be home! Will be ecstatic when DH is able to join me on Monday as we had to fly separately due to the press of people trying to get home to the UK..

Flirts.

, here we goone meal, one bottle of water, one day at a time!.

I am a firm believer that God would never give us more than we can handle with His Grace and Support. I am sorry to read about your loss. Your friend will be missed, and the steps you take to honor him by getting healthy and getting what you want out of life is the best testimonial on his behalf. Bless you on your journey..

As for your DGS and DDmy heart goes out to you. I know that my own DD and I had our differences and the time she spent away from me helped her to see that her dad and I wanted only the best for her. Perhaps this time will help your DD and DGS see the same thing. Granted, my DD is/was stubborn and it took about 7 years for it to get through to her, but eventually it did..

Don't mean to be preachydo want you to know you are important. \.

I am sorry that I have not been around much this month. I will try and do better,.

Didn't you know that 40 is the new 20? (I can say that cuz I am hoping 50 is the new 30!) Guess I am the oldest.

Flirt.

Here at 50! LOL.

I like your plan..

I especially like the part where you consulted with your physician!.

Hinata, it is not about Medifast as much as it is about changing our life style to become the people we want to be. I want to be active, walk more, smile more, and be able to enjoy my family, friends, and students. On this plan, I can do that..

Looking at what you have accomplished, your plan works for you! Good! What matters is that you keep trying..

I, on the other hand, have managed to gain four pounds in the last two weeks with my "bad" behavior and lack of Medifast food (ran out on the trip!) so have some old ground I will have to cover again to re-gain my momentum. Sigh. My DH is not going to be happy about that..

That's it for now folks! I will check in later with a few stories from my journey..

Good morning.

Flirts.

!.

Happy Saturday! Thank goodness it is the weekend - I am planning to do nothing. Well, ok, I have to go get toilet paper as I just ran out, lol, but nothing major! This morning I am weighing in at.

216.

And loving it - another pound gone! I have a convention to go to at the end of May and am aiming to be under 200 pounds by the time that rolls around. My only issue today is a pulled muscle in my leg so I cannot exercise. Hopefully this will heal soon and I can be back on the bike and elliptical. Have a great weekend everyone!.

Sony.

: So sorry to hear about your recent troubles, ugh! You just rest and recover and get back to full health. Hope you are better soon ^^.

Teresa.

: Good for you! You can do this - take some time and figure out what works for *you*. That is what I had to do - take a really hard and honest look at what would be successful for me. Sometimes it can be difficult to do when half of you says "You should be doing X" and the other half says "You should be doing Y". I had to mix my diet up and experiment to find the optimal solution for me - I suspect you are the same. I know that you will find a way that works for you. Don't forget that every day is "Day 1" for all of us - each day we all start over and make choices for that day..

UKB.

: So glad you are back safe and sound, though I am sorry that your vacation turned into a financial ordeal! As for the four pounds, you can get those off in no time. Besides, your situation was beyond your control, literally. Don't get down about the weight for, well, what I can only describe as an "Act of Obscure Icelandic Volcano". I personally think you did amazing for having been stuck in a resort location with no food products. Keep on with the good success, we are all so very proud of you!.

That is all for now, must go get toilet paper! Kind of difficult to exist without it XD.

Good morning.

Flirts.

!.

Wow, my legs are sore. I over-exerted myself yesterday doing too much exercise. My friend was in a "super marathon" and I was trying to keep up with him on my exercise bike. I could only make 17 miles at level 4 resistance and then my legs gave out. I am so sore I can hardly walk or sit lol. I also expect I am up at least a pound from water retention, but I haven't weighed myself yet.

I am taking it easy today and not going to do strenuous exercise - just going to have hot mint baths to help my muscles heal..

Sony, hope you feel better soon! Take it easy while you are recovering from surgery - don't push yourself too hard too quickly..

That is all for now - be well everyone and have a nice Sunday! I will update my tickers later!.

Glad to hear your water retention from travel is going, going gone! Most excellent! Not to worry, I have commandeered the water retention for you! My little marathon attempt has left me with serious water retention LOL! I am not worried though, it is actually kind of a positive NSV for me as odd as it sounds. Before this plan, I couldn't differentiate between water bloat and fat, and would have gotten really down on myself for the gain. Now I realize it is only water gain - my tummy feels tight and my rings don't fit. This will pass in a couple of days. And not to worry - I will be careful. This was a one-off thing - I just wanted to see how much I could do of this marathon.

Be well,.

Welcome home, UK!.

Glad you made it home, safe and sound..

You know, I bet you'll end up thinking of this whole time (with regards to diet) as a blessing in disguise..

Now you'll know that you can get right back on track and that you also can handle not having the security of the Medifast food..

I'm glad your water weight is coming off..

I bet you might even have a nice little boost to your next wave of losses. Our bodies crave change to keep moving forward, I think..

It didn't make sense to purposely go off your plan, but I'm hoping you'll find it was a happy accident and get great results from it..

Hinata, how are your sore legs?.

Sony, how are you feeling? Do you have your strength back?.

I am starting tomorrow (tuesday). I have a good chance as hubby is taking child out for middle of the day and I don't have to deal with feeding anyone lunch. Those lunches and clean up have been my downfall on the past 20 "day one"s..

Teresa.

, as always, good to hear from you! I have a question for youdo you feed your self first? LOL I know it sounds silly, but I make sure that I have just had an Medifast meal and a LARGE glass of water prior to doing anything like going to buy groceries or fixing a meal for someone else (to include baking cupcakes or cookies for my students!) Basically, I have put my DH on my schedule rather than following his..

If he gets hungry in between, he has to fix his own. From what I remember of little ones (yes, it has been a while), a set schedule is something they do well with. Sooooo, if you are eating every 2 to 3 hours and feeding the little.

Princess.

Right after your Medifast meal or your LG meal, it should be easier to ignore those off plan foods. I hope. Just a thought which I hope will help..

Mary.

? How are you doing out there? Do you need anything? Hope you are okay..

Elaine.

UK, thanks for the tip..

I think that will work for me once I get OP again. I remember being able to do anything. I really felt like I was super human sometimes..

It's just this getting started time that is kicking my bootie..

I have no willpower and it wouldn't help at all to eat my little packet of puffs or whatever first..

Really, what I do is hold out until I'm done with everyone else and then at least I know I get something to look forward to..

I can't wait to be back in the saddle..

I am pleased to say that I made it through 1/2 a day so far..

Yes, it's come to that. I have to take it in parts of days..

I even got totally derailed and had to go out to lunch so that my daughter would go for her grandmother's birthday. (we're having a serious "can't be without mommy" phase right now)..

So, my reprieve was not to be, but I did it. I'm quite proud of myself..

My dear.

Teresa.

,.

On my worst days it is all I can do to take it.

ONE MEAL at a time.

Remember, I have struggled through much of this month! Sometimes it seems like all I do is think about food and try to rationalize another snack or going to spend money on more jello or soya crisps. sigh. I know EXACTLY what I don't wantto put the weight back onand yet I find myself with something I shouldn't in my hands or in my mouth.....NOT good..

Like you, I began again in the AM, over and over again. This time around, (since Saturday) I am better about not following through with those BLTs and actually staying OP. I am not sure if it is the realization that the end of the month is almost here and I have only lost four pounds for the month, or because I am so worried that the scale was going in the wrong direction during my extended vacation. Whatever the reason, I've been praying that I will not fall down the slippery slope again. I have come back to visiting this site much more over the last few days and it really has helped..

I knew better, and I know what I must do to succeed. More time here is one of the things I should do. Anyway, together we can lose this weight permanently. Let's do this!.

Time for me to go to sleep. I can't believe it is 2300 hours already! LOL.

Goodnight,.

UK congratulation on entering into a new decade, I feel so motivated by looking at your progress !!!.

Teresa, I hear you......i've been in your situation since past 3-4 days, after the surgery trying to get back OP at the beginning of the day and everything falls apart during midafternoon.

, but i've made up my mind since yesterday afternoon after falling off the wagon by eating offplan stuff, that ok enough now, enough of these trial and errors everyday, and since yesterday afternoon i've been 100% OP....so far no cravings because i've already made up my mind to do it now....i feel that a hot cup of coffee with a tiny bit of creamer during those.

Cravings-followed-by-offplan-food.

Is helping with staying OP....what about u? maybe you can try some coffee if you r a coffee person and see if that helps.......

UK, you know what I feel the same thing... those days when I spend more time on these threads, reading the posts, reading people's experiences, motivations.....i've actually survived cravings!!! I think even I should do that everyday now........

Hi Flirts,.

I am going to make it through DAY ONE!!!.

My daughter is asleep, so I can just relax, stay on the computer if I want... stay out of the kitchen and distract myself from food..

Whew!.

Now for day 2..

Controlling those carbs is really the key for me..

I have a little shadow headache and I could almost cry for happiness because I know it means I'm doing this right..

It is such a terrible feeling not to be able to control my behaviour and not to trust myself to carry out my own wishes..

Sony, thanks for the coffee idea. I've never been a coffee drinker. Coffee ice cream, sure. And oh how I rue the day I tried a mocha frappuchino. But regular coffee... nope..

Good Morning UK!.

I hope you have a great day today..

Did you resolve your supply issue?.

Are you feeling confident about doing the plan with regular food?.

I find it a bit easier to keep carbs in control with fewer Medifast meals. But I have to actually be able to do it for a while before I can speak with any authority about that..

Hinata, I hope you're well. I'm sure you're working like crazy. I really liked your blog about the "cheating" word. You are a great writer..

Good morning Flirts!.

Just stopping in to say hello! Hope everyone is well, and looking forward to a fabulous weekend! I am taking a day off tomorrow to do nothing but rest, relax, and loiter about. Looking forward to it! I am still slightly up from my escapade on the bike, but I am fine with that. My clothes are looser and I am feeling better - besides, I know it will come off. Such is my lesson for overexerting myself. Other than that, things are going bretty well here. Still busy as ever at work!.

Teresa.

: Congrats on sticking with your plan - so glad to see you back and about! You are doing amazing - keep up the most excellent work!.

Sony:.

I am hanging in there! Still up a bit from last weekend's marathon, but I am doing great otherwise. This will eventually drop, and my pants are looser, so who can complain? I'll just chalk it up to me being foolish and overexerting myself. Besides, in the grand scheme of things, what is 1 pound? Not much really. Glad to hear you are recovering and on your way again! ^^.

UKB:.

Nice! Look at you go - lucky you that you can lose water weight so quickly! Takes me about a week to get off excess water. Wow, must be both awesome and scary to only have 30 pounds left to lose. You are in the home stretch of this phase - keep running toward that goal. You can do this!.

Good morning,.

Flirts.

,.

Thursday night saw me fall off plan.

, I am sad to report..

I just could not seem to stop reaching for food all evening longall Medifast friendly, but still too much and not worth it. Between the snacking on SF jello and soy crisps, I also had an extra Medifast meal and a handful of pecans. sigh. My body was craving something, and I just could not stop. I do know that I reached for SF jello rather than the two slices of pizza left from DHs dinner and a crunch bar rather than the Snickers bar he left lying aroundstill, cannot sleep right now due to thinking about how badly I have let myself down.....will still get on the scale in three hours and face the music (so to speak)..

And how is your day.

? LOL.

I am a strong believer that.

Everything happens for a reason.

I know that I am worried about something just haven't quite worked out all of the details. Perhaps this waking up at 0200 (now 0300) to fuss about will help me to determine what it is and deal with it..

Flirts.

, I have not been back on the treadmill since my return to the UK (actually haven't really exercised since I left on vacation 7 April!) I am vastly out of shape and can feel myself dragging. Even though I am currently awake, I have no energy right now and know how tired I am. I am restless enough, however, to know that I would toss and turn disturbing DHs rest if I were to return to bed. There are many reasons why my physician sent me for sleep therapy a year ago.....

Like many, I have found excuses for much of my behavior in the actions of others. You know, "it's okay to do this because so and so has the same problem." At the time I excuse myself"just an optional snack would be okay"is always followed by, "why did I do that?".

Then the inevitable promise to myself that tomorrow (today) will be better! LOL It's called being human, I guess, and the best part of Medifast is that I know I can begin again and still reach my goal of a healthier, more active, me..

I guess what I am trying to say, everyone, is that I have fallen down. I will pick myself up, dust myself off, and continue on. This last 30 pounds is NOT going to defeat me!.

UK, I have to congratulate you for the choices you DID make..

It could have been so much worse..

It can be so hard to get that exercise thing going again..

But, I believe it is the single most important element in maintenance. I suspect that the people who re-gain a lot of weight do not exercise regularly..

I'm trying to make that my priority now, in fact. I stopped last month when I had the eternal, infernal PMS. But I did it today, so that's something....

As for myself... it's so great that I had a great day one, because now I get to have another one! Woo hoo!!.

Luckily there are infinite day one's available..

UK, do you think you could do low or no carb for a few days and just let yourself eat some real food? Would that be too jarring to your mental "game"?.

You have sounded so depleted for so long now and maybe you just need a change..

Just a thought..

I think if I were in your situation, I would actually be very afraid to try that. Stick to what has worked so well, right?.

I'm just wishing you all the best and sending whatever good energy I can your way..

Sleep and then exercise, and you'll find your groove again..

Oh, maybe some new dvd's for the exercise room!.

Have you gotten any Chuck's yet?.

Can you get them on the computer and burn dvd's?.

It has been SO good. You will LOVE it!!.

Hello to everyone and have a great weekend..

Good afternoon,.

Flirts.

!.

Today was mostly OP. I will be over on calories due to choosing a maintainance bar in conjunction with a Medifast friendly snack. I am NOT sweating it though because I feel really cool about other choices I have made today! I drank coffee at the restaurant while DH had breakfast. I drank hot tea in the restaurant while DH had lunch. I would say I did well. LOL.

My DH is responsible for one of the best NSVs I have had since starting this journey. Today he informed me that I am getting "too skinny." I laughed because I am still at least 10 pounds heavier than the top end of normal for my height. He continued to tell me that he prefers me with some "meat on my bones." That was delightful!.

Am I ready to stop? No. This incident was followed by a parent of a student I taught last summer talking to me at the store. She also said that I had lost too much weight..

What a great feeling!.

Flirts.

Good morning.

Flirts.

!.

My glorious 3 day, lazy, full of sunshine weekend has come to an end! Back to the grind today and frankly, kind of looking forward to it. I am learning to take breaks now and again, but I have a hard time not working. I am realizing, however, that rest is good too. Just have to find the balance yanno? Other than this, it's the same ol, same ol around here. Just pressing on with my diet and still trying to figure out what works best for me. Finally dropped the pounds of excess water from my exercise experiment gone awry this week plus one which puts me at.

215.

Sweeet! I am 2 pounds away from having lost 50 pounds, and 16 pounds from being under 200. I hope I can achieve this goal by May 28th - I'm going to try my damnedest to do so!.

: Nice NSV's! Can't imagine anyone ever saying I am too skinny, but who knows - maybe one day! Keep up the awesome work! ^^.

Sony.

: Congrats on the new decade! Well done - it must feel great! ^^.

: So very glad to see you back and about! Nice job on sticking with your plan. Well done my friend - keep going! You can totally do this.
