Got a question... If I am taking a Nutrisystem diet pill can I drink alcohol? Many thanks for any comment. Second question.. My second box will be shipping this Friday. Adjusted it to where I get lots of the stuff I love..

The Weight:.

I started 3 weeks ago at 362 lbs. My blood sugar (yes I am Type II) was always around 200-300. No I never took care of myself - no doctor or meds..

Fast forward to today. I weigh in at 351 lbs. Last night after a meal my blood sugar was 164. High but it's going down..

Tonight I am going out and having to buy new jeans already and a new belt. This is really insane progress for only doing this 3 weeks..

The Food:.

I love all the food - cept the deserts - I hate all the soy products. But I won't have any on the next box. for me my comfort food is the Veg Fajita. OMFG I love the stuff. Drop some pepper in it and 2 50cal Wheat tortillas and I am in NutriSystem heaven. Should note I have not been hungry once since starting..

My Life:.

I used to suffer from panic attacks all the time. That first time 3 years ago when it scared the crap outta my wife and almost had us calling 911 really messed this big ole Texas boy up. Since then I have suffered from them alot. Mainly when going to bed..

Ug going to bed. The thing in my life I used to dread. Laying there listening to my wife fall asleep in under 5 minutes and I would toss and turn for 2 hours stewing in a panic attack and unable to find a good position to sleep..

Now? Well I go to bed and in 5 minutes I am out like a light. Not only that but waking up all through the night is a thing of the past. My panic attacks have petty much stopped. Overall I am less winded - able to move around better and I just honestly feel 10 years younger..

Just wanted to post a note here thanking NS. The plan 100% works and it's great..

If I feel this great and have this many changes in my life over 11 lbs - What will life be like when I am down 111lbs. I can not imagine!.

Thanks NS! Thanks guys!..

Hmm... I need to find out myself. I don't know what is the right answer. I'll do some investigation and get back to you if I discover an good answer. You should email the people at Nutrisystem as they probably could help you..

Congrats Dan! You and I started at the same time and I've seen amazing results as well! Started at around 332 lbs and this morning I weighed in at 316 lbs. I've already had some comments from people from work saying I look better... I can only imagine what the next few months will bring!.

I'm looking to kick it up a notch with my cardio the next month or so, so I figure I'll have to make sure and add a good protein shake in post workouts. I just finalized my next shipment to include the stuff I prefer. Thinking I'll steer away from the blueberry muffins.

As well as anything involving black beans..

Keep on trucking man, we'll be looking back when we approach our goals and laugh about just how easy it is to make our bodies happy...

Keep up the great work....

I didn't have a much to lose, but I have experienced many of the same things..

To date I have lost 57 pounds. I was just thinking this morning that if someone told me it was this easy I would called them crazy (and had another piece of pizza)..

This plan works and I really believe it positions you for the future when you stop using the Nutrisystem food..

It is all about changing your life not going on a diet!.

Biggest thing me and the wife have learned is how much I used to over eat. I just can't even imagine eating like that ever again..

Just the thought makes me sick at this point...

WEll sounds like we started about the same time and at roughly the same weight. I started at 350 and am now at 330. Not hungry at all just PO'd that I let myself beef up this much. Oh well. It is coming off. Keep up the good work...

Last time I posted on your thread we commented on our lost taste for soda. Now I've got to tell you that I've lost my craving for French Fries. Never thought I'd see the day..

Anyway, you're on your way. I bet your panic attacks were all sugar and caffine based. All that crap has left the building..

Keep up the good work cus' YOU'RE GOIN' DOWN!..

For all of you guys out there with 100 pounds to lose - you're gonna be TOTALLY amazed when you start nearing that goal line at how much your life will change..

And for those who have to go through multiple wardrobe upgrades, I can HIGHLY recommend Walmart and the Salvation Army stores. You just can't beat $7-10 jeans when you know you're just gonna have to ditch them every 2-3 months..

Y'all are doing GREAT!..

I can also recommend Savers and Goodwill. At the former, found and bought a pair of Brooks Brothers dark gray slacks for $5.99...

Thankfully for some reason I kept all my jeans from the last few years of gaining. So I am good on that department. Already in a pair I haven't worn in a couple years. Bad thing is shirts. I was wearing a 5x - I liked them big on me. Now it's already starting to get stupid looking.

Hey no complaints though. Its a race to see how much I can lose by May 1 though. huge family get together then for my Grandfather's 80th. Haven't told my family at all what I am doing in hopes to surprise. I know they all worry about my weight and I know it would be a relief to alot of my friends and family to see me lose it..

Thanks guys. ou812day - Yeah the coke thing I am totally over. Bought a can of diet coke last week and tossed it. Just was gross to me. I was craving fries big time the other day but cured it with some Veggie Fajita. Man I love that meal..

Yeah, don't tell anyone, just show up a new man. That's going to be great for both you and your wife. Make sure you report back to the men's room afterwards...

Believe me I will. Me and the wife were talking about it. We plan on going out a couple days before the event and getting some nice clothes for it. Be nice to dress up. I normally just wear my tent size shirts and jeans..

Second box shipped out today. I am good on food till it gets in. Cept deserts. Hate all the chips. I figure I will just eat some sugar free jello though till my box arrives..

I just love Nutrisystem thus far. I am so excited to see all this weight finally come off. I am also in the right frame of mind to do it this time around. I look at it as - well those are 3 lbs I will never have to carry again..
