Quick question... If I was a Nutrisystem consultant and you are not happy with your weight? Looking forward for any comment. My 2nd question... This was the morning, the first one that I could actually weigh myself on the home scale, wooohooo. That was my first goal as I did not know if it was going to be 350 or 340 and then last month I read the bottom and it said it went up to 330. Well I got on today and weighed 339, a victory.

Now I have to give some real thought to my next personal mini goal and I need to figure out how I want to reward myself for next goal. I never figured a reward for meeting this goal but want to celebrate my next one..

As for the scale at gym that has been luring me onto it, I feel I owe it to keep weighing just so it does not miss me...

Way to go, Sizzle! That's remarkable. I guess we can't call this a NSV, but a really fun milestone anyway. Your loss rate is amazing. 60 lbs since Jan. Wow! Keep it up..

Non food rewards are the best..

Pick something that you want, can be displayed so that it reminds you of your own personal victory and maybe you wouldn't normally splurge on. Doesn't have to be a big cost item..

Heck, half the fun is the selection process. Go for it. Only you will know the real joy of obtaining your goals...

Thanks all,.

Larry, I was seriously thinking of that but I may set a shorter one to keep focused. It is strange to think that if I lost just 10 lbs a month right now that I could reach that goal in July...

Having started well north of you, I can share your happiness. Getting into the 200's will feel great. Believe it. And rewarding yourself is a great idea. I like electronics so gadgets and video games were my gold stars. Figure out what you like, or even plan on getting, and tie it to a goal. BTW, it doesn't have to be weight - it can be shirt size, pant size, going off a medication or anything else resulting from your new healthy lifestyle...

That's great to see Nutrisystem is working for you. Short-term goals are great! Smaller clothing sizes is a non-food reward that I really enjoy..
