The hospital & union negotiating team came to a tentative agreement at 430 am this morning. I am both grateful and profoundly relieved..

Wishing you all a wonderful weekend of "new endings"! I love your quote Joyce. So often I get stuck in how it coulda, shoulda, woulda been. I'm learning that focusing on the stories of my past is an excuse to not fully live in the present. Taking accountability for my own happy endings is a much healthier option!.

Beautiful sunny day here in N. CA, we may get our summer yet.

Off to take a walk and soak up some vit D. Stay honest, drink your water, and love your life Diamonds!..

Hello all!.

Happy October! The trees are starting to turn here and my drive in for PT this morning was beautiful. Fall is my favorite time of year and all those leaves remind me of all these little "leavings" falling away and making room for something new in my life. Like Joyce said, I am ready to cooperate in my own happy ending!.

Welcome Ariel..

I haven't been on the board for a couple of weeks and I've missed you all. Thanks Joyce for the new thread..

I'll be lurking round most of the week and will get caught up and post shout outs as soon as I can. I'm OP trying to lose 20 by Christmas and right now it looks like a long shot. It doesn't matter though. I'm losing slowly and steadily and I'll be at it forever..

Hey Everyone!.

Just checking in. Its been a couple of days since i've been on. My mom flew in from New Mexico to visit for a few days and we had a blast. Weight loss has been slow but I haven't gained so I wont complain. So far I'm down 20.5lbs since 8-23-10. My first big goal is to be at least under 200 (even if it's only 199!) for my vacation in December so I have about 27lbs to go.

I've been holding back as much as I can but have taken a few little bites here and there (then feel major guilt). I think it's from having so much company over and going out to eat, etc...Also, we had state survey in our building (AHCA) which doesn't help the stress level. Now that everything is back to normal i'll be 100% OP. Hope everyone has a great weekend!!.

Ok I love this month sooooo much! Halloween is one of my favorite holidays to decorate for, Christmas and Halloween tie for decor in my book! I always go extreme and love to carve pumpkins, go to pumpkin patches and dress up just to hand out candy to the cute little goblins and witches that come to my door! This year however my little man is old enough to go trick or treating, ( he is two ) I have been waiting for this holiday for the past two years with a child like excitement! I CANT WAIT!! This will be so fun! Then next year being able to dress in a sexy costume just makes me beam!!.

Hope I dont sound too crazy!..

Hello Amber-You are off to a great start. Every pound you lose gets you one step closer to Goal- take it 1 day and 1 pound at a time! If need be- 1 meal at a time!1.

My next Big Goal is also to get to Onderland (199 pounds) by Christmas. Let's do it together. We can motivate and support one another..

I had to get past the BLT's too. It is so hard to lose track of what you have eaten. You know you are eating something you shouldn't but you figure 1 bite won't hurt me. Well- take it from something who learned and lost a few months of weightloss- it is never just 1 bite. 1 bite always leads to another!!.

Welcome Faith & Ariel! You will never regret committing yourself to this program, because it works!!! Check in often and know that we are all here to support you along your journey..

Mary - So good to see you again! You are so right, it's not our weekly weight loss that matters so much, as the life changes we make on this journey to health. It doesn't matter how long it takes, as long as we continue to learn & grow & make the choices that support our well being. Do I like the occasional big losses I see? You betcha!.

And I know that it took me 50 years to get to this place on my journey where I am ready to choose self love & health. So one step at a time I change beliefs & habits of a life time, I celebrate how far I've come, forgive myself when I stumble, and remain rooted in the knowing that there is no turning back - I've tasted freedom and it is way better than anything my armor of fat ever provided me! And you are right, the journey to our best selves does take a life time! I'm so glad that we get to share the journey!!!.

Amber - So happy you had a great time with your mom! I too have issues with BLTs and am a master of deception when it comes to accountability with the one bite here and there thing. I know all too well the guilt that follows, reinforcing long held beliefs that what I eat (or don't eat) determines my worth in the world. I'm not perfect & still occasionally "taste". However, I now taste consciously & honestly. (Most of the time, progress, not perfection.

) Before I do I ask myself: Am I hungry? What do I think this food will do for me/ make me feel? Am I willing to choose to be off program? Is this really what I want? Does this support my well being? Occasionally the answer is yes and when it is, I slowly savor & enjoy one bite guilt free. When I remember that food is not a moral issue, will not cure emotional storms or voids, and that the choice is always mine, it's easier to make choices that are life affirming. And when I choose one bite consciously, one bite is always enough. Hope this helps and I hope the surveyors are out of your workplace!.

Controllingfat - I love the fall colors (OK, we don't actually get many of them in N. CA... but I can purchase them at the craft store.

) and our pumpkins are almost ready to harvest. We live up a dark dirt road, so the only trick or treaters we get are from the 3 children who are our neighbors. My next-door neighbor and I were so excited to have kids on the street again that we "reverse trick-or-treated" the first year these 2 yg families moved in! Since I only have to provide treats for 3 children, I take great delight in choosing something special for each of them. This year it's a Tinker Bell beads for our resident princess, a bubble squirter for our tomboy, and a horn for 5 year olds Nolan's first bike. What will your little one dress up as? Can't wait to see a picture of your costume next year!.

Sarah - I love the image of the falling leaves creating space inside of us as we celebrate our "leavings". I expected my body to feel lighter as the weight left, but I never anticipated how much lighter my head and heart would feel! Is your pelvis doing better today? I hope you have a wonderful day with your family!.

Marcia - I see that your ticker is steadily heading to the right ~ You're doing great girl!.

Joy - I tried some cheesecake SF flavoring in my brownie last night... yum-mo! What was the name of the lime extract you got a while back?.

Joyce - Sending you thoughts for a revitalizing, relaxing, indulgent week end. Girlfriend, you deserve it!!!!.

Have a fabulous Saturday Diamonds!!!!..

Hello Diamonds!.

A quiet Sunday, everybody must be out & about. Hope you are all having a peaceful OP afternoon! I just got back from church and brunch. (My version of brunch is now a cup of coffee with a cappuccino mix stirred in, or iced tea with chai mix stirred in.) It's overcast and cool here today... guess I won't be harvesting any tomatoes today. This dark weather makes it hard to get motivated & accomplish anything, I just want to snuggle with the cat and read. I'm going to make some vedgie stew for the week ahead, scent the house with a warm, spicy aroma.

We have lots to celebrate today!!!!.

Jenn ~ Hop onboard the Onederland Express ~ Way to rock it girl!!!! Celebrate your shrinking self in a BIG way.

Nancy ~ What a wonderful birthday gift to give yourself! Welcome to the Diamonds, we're sparkling more every day!.

Joyce ~ Sounds like you had a grand weekend! I used to love going to my kids soccer games when they were your GS's age. There is nothing cuter than a hardly out of toddler-hood kid running after the ball in their uniforms! Hmmm... wonder if I'll ever get any grand babies to root for? (No pressure if my daughter happens to be lurking.

Mike ~ Holy Toledo, 62 miles!?!?! I get tired driving that far.

Wow, what an amazing feat!!! Pat yourself on the back.

Geri ~ Woo Hoo, you broke 150 ~ onederland will be yours in no time!!!! It's lovely to have you posting again regularly !.

Kori - How was Disneyland? Did you survive the shower????,.

Sarah ~ It must feel great to start resuming some of your regular activities! I admire your positive & generous spirit in the face of major challenges these last months. You are an inspiration!.

Controlling Fat ~ I love garden gnomes, you must learn how to post pictures!!! (Not that' I've figured out how to do it yet...).

Hugs & Hellos to Linda, Reaching, Mary, Christine, and anyone I missed!.

AFM: Payroll Monday after a week off was intense, but the day is done and everyone will get paid. Plus my Medifast order arrived - so excited to have dark chocolate shakes, brownies, & pancakes again!!! I was late on ordering and ran out of my favorites. I am totally addicted to the dark chocolate shakes for breakfast... nothing else will do. Well, except pancakes on the weekend :P.

Be good to yourselves Diamonds, because we deserve radiant health and well being! One step at a time, we'll get there together!..

Well yesterday I ended up going off plan for the second time. The last two days temptation has gotten the worst of me. For 16 days I did so well, without blt! Now here I am frustrated because I ended up eating chocolate goldfish that were my sons. I had only a handful but still more then I should. I ate an entire avocado thru out the day. Today I plan to start fresh and new, 100% OP! I was really mad at myself for the slip but I know in my heart I can fix this.

Thank the good Lord that this website is here. I need all the support I can get! Thanks for listening to my rant..

P.S. I am now officially 20 pounds smaller then my all time biggest!! Lost 13 of that with Medifast but I thought I should celebrate it anyway!..

Sorry to hear that you had such a rough day. From the way I see it what matters more to your long term success is what you do after you slip. It is so easy to use that slip as a reason to just give up. Give yourself some grace and remember you are so very worth a healthy strong body..

When I am having a hard time (like say yesterday when I all of a sudden wanted to eat all of my one-year-olds ritz crackers) I try to reframe it in my mind, reminding myself that this is all a choice that I am making. It is not that I can't have the crackers, I can, but I am choosing not to so that I can choose something better instead. I start making a mental list of the things I am saying "yes" to. Things like, I am saying yes to chasing my girls on the playgound, I am saying yes to learning to ride a bike, I am saying yes to shopping for clothes in any store I want to.......and so on. I think all of our "yes" lists look different but that it is these lists that keep us on track and motivated!.

Be gentle with yourself today and remember that this is a long journey with many a twist and turn!..

Thank you for your kind words! I did just what you suggested this morning while making my son some cereal. I thought "I can eat this, but I don't need it." For the first time I resisted the BLT when I looooove frosted mini wheat bites. I wish that the temptation wasn't in the house, but I need to learn that just because it's there doesn't mean I need to scarf it down. My break could have been worse, I could have ran to town and got a fat, grease, cheese filled burger but I didn't and the fact that I am beating myself up over a handful of goldfish is a good thing, makes me see where I need to be. Today I have been 100% OP so far! I really am going to do this. With support from people like you I can do this! Alone would be much harder! Thank you so much! Oh and what part of Oregon do you live in? Northern or Southern? Eastern or Western? I live in the North Western side, near Salem..

Thank you so much for the kind words. Our list is similar I too want to be able to chase my lil guy around the play ground, and get healthy enough to have #2 without the chance of gestational diabetes!! Thank you again!..

Hello Diamonds! I just had my 3 week weigh in - only down 3 pounds...but 11 overall. 11 pounds gone forever! I have a long way to go...and trying to not look at that but one foot in front of the other....I hope you all have a wonderful OP week. It's cold here in Southern California and it feels like winter (finally). I've got a trip coming up in a couple of weeks to Las Vegas with 2 girlfriends...any hints/suggestions about how to stay OP - send them my way!..

Hey, we are nearly neighbors! I am in Tualatin, so about 30 minutes or so from Salem..

I know very, very well the challenge of feeding our kidos while staying OP. I remember being at Costco with my 3YO daughter at the end of week one (first time around). She wanted a slice of pizza, which I got for her. PreMF we would share a slice, so the whole time she kept asking me if I wanted a bite, didn't I want to share with her...but it's yummy and good for your tummy....and on and on and on. I tried to explain to her that mommy was choosing to eat different food and finally she settled on sharing a mineral water with me. Boy was it tough though because I really did want to taste it, and if I had then I have little doubt that I would have polished off a slice or 5.

I find munching on my Medifast meal or sipping water while I am cooking for them and feeding my youngest helps. Avoiding the BLT's is cruicial though for retraining both mind and tounge! I am glad to here that you have been cruising at 100% today! I often think of what Geri wrote a long time ago, "always end your day with a Medifast meal" I think that is a great way to reaffirm your commitment at the end of the day no matter how hard it's been! (thanks Geri)..

Welcome to our newest Diamonds!.

Blu - Bites, licks, & tastes.

It's a whole new language in the land of MF!.

Geri - Sending prayers & good thoughts your way! A job is in the air, I can feel it!!!!.

Controlling Fat - Sarah's advice is good: extend yourself some grace and make choices that support what you want to say Yes. It really helps me to remember that I do get to choose..

Sarah - I just put a note in lipstick on my bathroom mirror, "What will you say yes to today?". Today I said yes to a new office chair that is not the "tested to 500 pounds" bariatric model and decreasing back pain..

I'm plum tuckered after a 12 hour day with TOM lurking. Going to bed, but wanted you all to know I'm thinking about you!.

Sleep tight my sparkley friends!.

Hey Diamonds!.

Sharon - I am still here! Just been busy as usual. Disneyland was wonderful! I love that place. I brought my food with me, my water bottle, and had a great time. I ate all my meals that I needed to and then had dinner at my cousins house. I have no doubt I could have made a healthy choice at a restaurant for my L&G but didn't need to since I was able to get home. Sounds like you could use a little breather from work..

Joyce - I am still alive, I would never leave my Diamonds without saying something first! Remember you guys and gals are in my thoughts daily as I make OP choices. Good luck with the WI tomorrow. I know we are both Wed. weighers. I just started TOM so I don't expect a very good WI..

Mike - WOnderful on the bike ride!.

Controllingfat - Don't beat yourself up about the BLT, just fix it, and then forget it. You are only as strong as your ability to say NO. I tell myself NO atleast 10 times a day. But like Sarah said, I reframe it. I tend to tell myself, you can't have that now, but you will be able to, in moderation. It helps a little.

Katy - It has been cold in S. California the past few days. I have been freezing. I have grown out of all of my cold weather clothes so I had to go and buy some. Bought some sweats from Walmart tonight. It still amazes me that I picked up M bottoms and a L top.

I love MF! As far as Las Vegas goes, doing it OP is totally possible, if you are willing to do the work. I have been to Vegas 3 or 4 times since starting 10 months ago and I stayed 100% OP all those times. PM me if you want some specifics about where we ate and all that. I would love to help..

All the rest of my Diamonds that I am missing - Hope you are having a great OP week! TOmorrow is hump day and we are halfway to the weekend. Are you making good choices? Are you drinking your water? Getting some exercise in? Take care of yourselves. Work the plan, don't let it work you!..

Kylnne7997- thank you for that, yesterday was also a bad day. I blame being out of my bars so I don't get the crunch chocolatey ness.. That and I bought chocolate crackers for my kiddo near my TOM... Smart ol' me. Today will be different I know it. I can do this and I am determined.

Still a great number but I wanted to see more. Thank you for your words and it's great to know I am not alone dealing with these difficult times!.

Well I am going crazy, I have this itty bitty sister who is 6.5 months prego and she sends me pics of her adorable round lil belly and says "Eh I am sooooo fat" I wish I could reach through the phone and smack her. Do I say "Oh yeah you're a heffer?" Nope I say, "Oh you have the cutest lil belly I have ever seen! Then she fishes for more compliments and of course I follow suit. It makes me so sad, when I was pregnant no one noticed until I was 9 months and people actually asked me, "Are you expecting hun?" EGH! I cant wait to be cute pregnant with my next lil one! I can't wait! Near the end of my pregnancy it looked like I had twins but for the whole thing up til the end I just looked fatter..

I need to do this Diamonds, I have to do this! Not just for me but for my kiddo and my future children, for my husband, who says I am pretty but I want to be SEXY!.

I want to be the girl that he wants to show off, not one who is an embarrassment. (not his words, just how I feel) I want to wear those cute little clothes, I want to be able to look cute in heels, not tortured, I want to dance and not look like a bowl of jello going through an earthquake!!!.

Sorry about the vent just needed to get it out!..

You can do this! Sometimes our bodies just don't lose weight as fast as our minds would like. I was totally OP and only lost 2 pounds in my 3rd week. For me...my head gets in the way of my body.....don't get me wrong..I have a lot to lose and know I'm not as sexy/cute as I want to be...but that doesn't mean your husband doesn't still find you that. Know that you are beautiful inside and out....you are getting healthy for YOU not for what others will say about you. It sounds like you have a very supporting husband - that is so important. Even if you don't feel like you are the sexiest...."act" it with him and see what happens...you may be pleasently surprised..and it will actually help you stay on the journey you are on...

Kori, love that your shopping victory! It must be hard to believe sometimes that this is your new self. I have traveled from a 3X to a XL thus far and still find myself gravitating towards the larger sizes because my mind hasn't adjusted yet! Hope you are doing well and that the school year is off to a good start for you!.

Sharon, congrats on the new office chair! When you start thinking about it, there are so many more things to say yes to than we ever have to say no to! (I am also glad that your back is improving, it's hard to work in the environment you do with a bad back! Thanks again for all of your kind words and encouragment, I find myself looking for your posts because they make me smile!.

Geri- Hope that your day went well and that you are continuing to move closer to who you were created to be in the first place!.

CF- Hope your evening goes better, did you get a chance to play outside with your son in the beautiful sun today? I think these past two days have been some of the most perfectly beautiful days in a long, long time!.

I am doing well and on plan. Drank extra water today because I have been feeling a bit light headed and my doc said my BP was lowish 105/60. I tend to run on the low end so I'm not too worried about it..

The doc also kind of rained on my Medifast parade a bit. I still have her blessing but she had some concerns about the cost of the program and the fact that I am not physically able to really exercise to increase my weight losses. She asked me to think about waiting until January, but I just plain ol don't want to. (I'm a bit stuborn that way) I already have about a 3 month supply of food hanging out in my pantry so the cost is not an issue right now and my losses seem very satisfactory to me at the level of activity I currently have. growl, I guess this is me venting!.

Anywhoo, I know I am missing some of you hope that you all had a good day and are looking forward to a restful evening!..

OMGOODNESS I love being home. Today was AWFUL! I met my Mom at play group in her town, which is 8 miles away, ended up getting a flat, couldn't find someone to help me change it. ( I can change tires on a car not an F350) Lol, well finally got a hold of my FIL and he came and changed it. Low and behold my spare is half flat..

SOOO I went to the gas station where she lives, and paid the 25 cents for compressed air... Did it work? NO!! So I have been running around all day with my mom sisters, and James in my moms car, which scares me. Well I waited for my dad to get home because he has an air compressor but my mom seemed to think I didn't know how to work it. GRRRRR. Ended up driving about 25 miles an hour coming home. Now I am EXHAUSTED! Not just that but I only brought one meal with me thinking I would be gone for like 4 hours, noope I was gone for 10...

I feel bad but I was STARVING! Oh and now I cant even finish a salad from a restaurant any more. I get WAY too full! Thankfully I have a Xanax and a nice comfy couch to lay on while my lil guy relaxes with some Wow Wow Wubsy!.

Thank GOD for cartoons sometimes. Oh did I mention I am disabled? Well I am, but I chased my two sisters ages 4 and 7 plus my 2 year old son around a pumpkin patch for about 3 hours. BLEH it was fun but now I am tuckered! Ready for bed, but I know my lil guy isn't.. Lol, Oh well I have 3 more Medifast meals to make up for, time for a feast!.

HAHAHAHAHHAHA hope everyone else's day was better. Thanks for letting me vent!..

Sarah - You go girl! When I started to read your post, I thought your doctor was maybe telling you that you needed extra protein or even calories for healing... which would have made some sense to me. But her explanation did not compute in my nurse brain... Frankly the cost of the program is not your physician's business and does it really make sense to not lose at all (or maybe even gain) versus lose slowly? Like I said, doesn't compute... Anyway, as long as your nutritional needs for healing are being met, there is no reason not to work a program that works for you. Heck, every pound lost takes stress off of your patched together pelvis.

Controllingfat - You are on your way to getting your sexy back! For me, starting to feel sexy again was more about feeling like I had some control over my own behavior vs my body looking "sexy". (I have no illusions, my "girls" will never be pert and I am guessing that my saddle bags will be swinging in the wind by the time I'm to goal... though I'm finding the whole package down right acceptable these days.

) It really is about feeling good about yourself. 13 pounds gone forever, woo hoo!!!!.

Hmmmm.... the site won't let me look at any of the other posts from today..

Dawg gone it, I'm in the mood for catching up. Oh well, guess I'll make my pancake and settle in with a book. Hugs to you all! Good night dear diamonds!.

Happy Friday Diamonds!.

Sorry I've been MIA, but things have been crazy around here. I just finished catching up on everyone's posts. I see we have more new sparkly diamond girls - Welcome to you all!!!.

Sharon - Sorry it's taken me so long, but I got the Key Lime extract from silverclouds.com. My all time favorite flavor is the liquid Stevia English toffee. I'm starting to get a little obsessed with adding it to my coffee. When I went to lunch with my girlies this past Monday, I actually pulled the little bottle out of my purse and added a few drops to my Starbucks skinny vanilla latte. They were cracking up. I placed my first order from Netrition this week.

I love that the shipping is a flat rate of $4.95. Bell Plantation charges too much for shipping the PB2, so I'm glad I found Netrition. I haven't tried any new recipes lately because it seems like I'm always on the go. That's why my last Medifast order contained 6 boxes of cinnamon pretzels and 4 each of the puffs. Last night I had an old favorite - Medifast chocolate covered cinnamon pretzels - YUM.

Today I hope to make some cauliflower pizza crusts because I've run out of them. WOW, I'm really talking a lot about food. So how have you been? What's the weather been like in your neck of the woods?.

Joyce - I see you've been super busy. How are you feeling? Any more news about your mom and her upcoming procedure? My FIL is still in the rehab place. They tested him for Parkinson's disease last week and saw the early signs. Now he's on some medication for it. My DH is working a lot of overtime, so it's been hectic around here. Any games this weekend for your grandchildren?.

Kori - Glad to see I'm not the only one who's life has been super busy. I really miss it when I can't come on here and see how everyone's doing and offer support if need be. So now you're in a size M?! CONGRATS skinny girl!!! Glad you had fun at Disneyland. How did the baby shower go?.

Jenn - Welcome to "Onederland"! It's such a happy place to be and we're glad you joined us on the "Onederland Express" as Sharon stated..

Controlingfat - Sorry to hear about your struggles lately. To be caught up in all the car drama (I hate when something goes wrong with my car, so I can relate) and then only have 1 Medifast meal with you, that had to be tough. I keep at least 2 bags of puffs and 1 bag of pretzels in my console at all times. I was caught out longer than I'd expected on a couple of occasions and now find that I need to have that security net. Funny how dependent we become on those little yellow bags - LOL! I'm glad you're on this journey with us because you are too pretty and too young to be dealing with weight issues. Sure wish I'd had Medifast when I was your age.

My "little" boy is now 14 and he steals my heart away every day!.

Sarah - Glad you're staying with the Medifast food, regardless of your doctor's comments. I agree with Sharon, why is the cost of the Medifast food an issue for them? At least your spending money on something healthy to eat, right?!.

Nancy - Welcome, Happy Belated Birthday and hang in there! You know from the past that it gets soooooooo much better after the first couple of weeks..

Blu23 - Welcome and congrats on your weight loss so far! I got a box this past Tuesday and it's always like Christmas. I just love seeing all those yummy yellow packs - LOL!.

AFM - I woke up this morning to a crisp 60 degree day. That is just too wonderful considering I live in humid Florida! As you can see by my ticker, I lost a big fat "0" last week. I know I always say how the number on the scale isn't what's most important, but I just didn't feel as well as I usually do. I'm very good about logging my meals and have done so every day since starting in April. When I went over my last week's logs I realized I wasn't drinking enough water. I know everyone says drink water and then drink some more, which is what I usually do.

Of course, I refuse to subtract that from my ticker until Monday - LOL! I haven't done anything different this week except drink more water. Now I'm a true believer. After being on Medifast for 6 months, I find it harder and harder to eat and drink everything required, but I do. Lastly, this is my birthday month and I will be 49 in 9 days - yikes! I usually drag my birthday celebrating out for a least a week. Everyone's already asking where I want to go out and eat.

Here I come (of course with my low fat Italian dressing in tote)!!! I hope everyone has a Wonderful Weekend - Stay OP and definitely DRINK, DRINK, DRINK your WATER!!!.

Happy Friday! I just wanted to wish everyone a great weekend. I'm staying OP and having a great week. I'm loving the Oatmeal Peach "cookies" - they are supposed to be muffins, but they end up as cookies for me. I brought them to work yesterday and when everyone had birthday cake...I had my "cookie" - and didn't feel like I was missing out at all..

I hope the scale is kinder to me on Tuesday than last week - but 11 pounds to date is 11 pounds I never want to see again! I'm in week 4 and just going to start walking more - but I'm finding I get really tired fast. Does that happen to anyone else? Any exercise suggestions?.

Have a great weekend...

Hey Sharon & all my Diamond Girls - here's my newest recipe I came up with today:.

1 pk Medifast French vanilla shake.

1/2 tsp baking powder (1 condiment).

1 Tbsp egg beaters (deduct from L&G).

2 Tbsp SF gingerbread syrup - I use DaVinci (1 condiment).

Pam cooking spray.

Lightly spray a small plastic container with Pam. In the same container, combine Medifast shake and baking powder. Add all 3 Tbsp's of liquid and gently stir until you get a batter consistency. Let it sit for 5 minutes (this is KEY). Microwave for 1 minute, depending on the wattage of your microwave. Mine is 1100 watts..

Not only does this smell absolutely delicious, it tastes heavenly. Ok, so you have to give up 2 condiments, but trust me it's worth it for a special treat every now and then!.

It's 8, I just got home from work & am behind on meals. So I'm making a crepe out of pancake mix and filling it with a mixture of cottage & ricotta cheese with almond extract & splenda. Blintzes for dinner makes for a happy girl.

Sharon - Your catch up dinner sounds yummy!.

Joy - Good to see you on here! I have been super busy as well. Baby Shower was awesome. I saw my cousin tonight and she was very happy with how well it went..

NSV - My cousin's grandma-in-law is the greatest lady. She talked to my cousin's mother-in-law the day after the shower and asked her, Where was Danielle's cousin, you know the one that always helps with everything, long dark hair, kind of heavy? She wasn't at the shower. My cousin's mother-in-law laughed and said, she was there, doing everything but you must not have recognized her since she has lost so much weight!.

Controlling Fat & BluGirl - Definitely let us know what you need help doctoring up. I am totally a believer in choking down anything, even if it tastes bad cuz I am not going to waste one ounce of this precious, expensive food..

Joyce - Hope the grandkids don't wear you out too much this weekend..

All the rest of the Diamonds - Hope you have a great OP weekend!.

AFM - Have some errands to run tomorrow, so going to take my youngest nephew and we are going to hang out for a bit. Then need to do laundry since I am out of clothes that fit me. Then have a pre-season game for the local minor league hockey team we have season tickets to with an after-party meet and greet. Should be a lot of fun!..

Ok another bad day... EH I went out with my friend to a haunted house. That was fun, well I was gone from 8 pm to 1 am, I came home and started making my son some dinner. Husband said, "no he is fine I fed him already." Thinking OKAY well I went upstairs and laid my lil guy down. He starts wailing and crawling into bed with me screaming mommy mommy mommy. He never does this.

3 olives was his response. He said, " he ate earlier" I fed him at 5 a bowl of spegetti. I asked him if he gave him anything to drink, he replied " he had juice" which means he had what I left him, so he was most likely out for 3 hours. He drinks water and juice A LOT milk only 2 times a day. Well needless to say I am up at 230 feeding my son dinner.

Why can't I leave the house and have my kid properly taken care of? I asked my husband if he had eaten, "yea I made my self some dinner" I replied, " You are hungry, baby is hungry. That easy!! I feed James small meals 6 times or more a day, I "water" him when ever his cup runs out. Why can't my husband do the same? ERGH! I swear this week needs to get over with, I am tired of the BS!! Sorry needed to vent..

Howdy diamonds,.

Just a quick note to say howdy! I'm wiped out after throwing my daughter her 4th birthday Thomas the Train themed blast! It was a lot of fun and now I am very sore and weary. Still on plan, with no trouble skipping the thomas cake, I did have to break out a cheese stick though when I got home...went to long between meals the last two days! Have a great weekend all!..

Just a quick note to say I'm OP and it feels so good to be in control; of course it is so simple to just follow the 5 + 1. This is a very welcoming and inspiring group. Until I get to know people I don't want to leave anyone out so I'll just say a general thank you..

I'm also enjoying some of the new foods such as soft serve. I've bought pancakes but haven't made those yet. Also, I purchased the mini blender from Medifast and that really makes a difference making all the shakes!.

Have a good evening and Sunday...

Nancy - Today, I tried the choc chip pancakes with just a tiny spritz of I Can't Believe it's Not Butter Spray and they were good, and filling!..

I just saw this thread and wanna join in. When I started my weight loss journey last year (with WW), I weighed 253. Starting with Medifast in Feb, I was at 228 and by the time my goal is reached - it will be sayonara forever to 108 pounds - so do I qualify?..
