Im 36. I started 1 month ago today and have lost 19 lb..

The program is very good it makes you accountable for your food intake. one problem ive noted is going out boozing. not really the calories or the idea that I'm off the program but it's easy to cheat after all your friends order dare I say a huge plate of wings UMMMM. but I changed my drink to citron and soda with a lemon and still doing very well. I wouldnt mind some more ideas about drink chooices but I think I'm doing all right..

Im sure the vets on this site would say to stick to the diet 100%. but for me it's not really practicle. do I sound like I have a problem? lol! wish me luck on my next 20 lb...

I am 34 and I started last January and lost 45 pounds by May..

Unfortunately I was on and off the whole rest of the year and gained 15 back by the end of the year. I just started again this week and already lost 3 pounds..

This is by far the easiest way to change your life and learn to eat right and exercise. Just make sure you stick to it...

I'm 54. This past October I had a Transient Ischemic Attack (TIA), otherwise known as a Mini-Stroke. 17 years ago I had cancer. When I had cancer I was never concern about the outcome. Though I'm not happy about what they had to do to keep yours truly on this planet, I was never concerned..

But when the ER physician coded me as having a stroke, that gave me an "Oh ****" experience. Fortunately the TIA was temporary and I don't suffer from any ill effects. Nevertheless it did give me pause. After all was said and done, I asked my doctor what could I have done to have prevented the TIA, he poke me in the gut and told me to lose the weight..

Think about it guys. You're in your 30's; it's easier to lose it in your 30's than 50's..

Good luck with your efforts...
