Having a good time w/ friends is an unalienable right. But remember, most of us will have the inclination to think and react like "fat guys" for life, regardless of how much weight we lose. Hopefully you can figure out how to do that in the future minus the 0200 Taco Bell run. BTW, from time to time I still struggle with wanting to this this. Don't make it a habit and you'll be alright...

Badlionsfan, the taco bell wouldn't bother me near as much as being lit and getting back with an old girlfriend,lol. reminds me of my second marriage when I was drinking a lot, when I finally got sober and started thinking with the right head I couldn't stand the behotch.
As far as the "bell run" don't worry too much about it, it wasn't necessarily the best choice by far, but then on the other hand a good deep bowl body flushing from the morning after beer and taco bell may have rid-ed you of a leftover colon cookie from your pre-NS days.. Kick yourself a couple times, cuss a little, then quit whining and get back on that horse. Mojo.. |

Well it wasn't just the T-Bell, the food was bad all weekend..
Yesterday for instance, we went to a sports bar to watch football. Was there from noon til after 10. Ate two meals at that place... |

I gained twice what you did, had a crummy, well average time and ended up with the same wife of 33 years. Even Wii yelled at me! You got your gaull............. Well it back to 100% and more Wii. Oh well it's a life transformation and the downs are greater than the ups...
