Quick question... Is there an age limit on taking Medifast? Thanks for any answer or 2. My other question... I ate EVERYTHING!! OK, not really. But it did feel like it..

I ate a piece of ham, green olives (3), a buttered biscuit, a 1/2" x 2" piece of Lasagna, and a big bite of.

Garlic.

Bread. For dessert, I had Capaya bills! Then I forced myself to puke a bit! Believe it or not, it was the.

Garlic.

Bread that tried to kill me! Actually, I think I was too full. Only 3 hours between the ham and lasagna dinners. Plus, the bread wasn't a good idea..

So, what did you eat? Hopefully someone will show up with more than me = )..

You betcha! but you might want to make sure and wait for someone else to confirm it as I am unsure. Better yet, why don't you ask the Medifast guys because they can give you help better...

I had to work the PM shift today but I was able to get off at 7pm. So I went to Friday's and I had a petit sirloin which I only ate less than half of, couple of broccoli spears and a fork full of Cole slaw. So all in all not bad. But now I know that I can't have steak I was a little uncomfortable after eating that. But I basically stayed on program...

Half of a half of a ham sandwhich, did that make sence??? I made myself half of a ham sandwhich, and ate half of that, about 4 carrots, and 3 bites of veggie soup. 2 glasses of skim milk, and half of one protein pancake with no butter or syrup, just ate it plain going to my sisters house. I also had one 2"x1 1/2" lemon square...so it was really a lemon rectangle..lol.

I was in charge of baking as usual...out of all the 8 things I baked, one lemon square is all I had...they are my favorite...I simply refuse to not have one...but one was plenty..

Today brings me back to reality, even if I am sitting under 6 inches of snow...the first christmas snow in 41 years...my first..it snowed my first christmas they say, but I was only 4 months old, so my memory of that is kind of hazy...ha ha ha!.

What a good day we had....

Even Miss Dusty had a great day!..

I had 1/2 sausage and 1/2 semi-fried egg for breakfast...protein shake for lunch...2 little bites ham, potato salad, dressing, turnip greens and half dressed egg for Christmas dinner and I was full. No desserts, still too scared to try sweets even though I did all the baking and most of the cooking. I did learn I was surprised how often you lick your fingers while icing cakes and cookies. I almost did but caught myself in time..

You guys did very good. I guess I didn't do that bad. For some reason I felt like a pig. Now, rereading it, I see that it wasn't much at all. I had no sweets. The carbs outweighed the protien though. I did have a protien shake for breakfast though, so I guess that helped...

Breakfast: Protein shake.

Lunch: approx 10 (small) bites of steak, spinach salad with cranberries, feta cheese, almonds and balsamic vinegar dressing (yummy!!!)..

Snack: handful of almonds and 2 Atkins peanut butter cups.

Dinner: approx 5 (small) bites of steak, bowel of Garretts cheese and caramel popcorn..

Had I stuck to only that, I would have considered myself staying pretty much on program.but I couldnt keep my hands out of the Garretts popcorn!! Good thing it will be gone today even if I have to throw it away!.

Early morning - protein pwd in.

Coffee.

Brunch - 1 slice of bacon, 1 bite pineapple, 1/8c scrambled eggs.

Snack - 2 triscuit crackers with artichoke cheese spread, 5 almonds.

Dinner - 1/3 c crab, 1 tsp Irish butter, 3 bites salad (My first try at salad and it sat just fine... so excited, I've missed my greens).

Snack - 1/2 a protein bar, cause my numbers came up short.

So I dreamed about the damned triscuits and ate 3 immediately upon rising. They are now in the outside trash can, where their siren song is not so alluring.....

I'm at my daughters and the last two days I feel I have really been out of sync with eating. (2 hour time difference here, plus young people don't seem to be on any discernable schedule!!!).

Yesterday I had greek yogurt with banana for breakfast, a protein bar for lunch and chili for dinner. HOWEVER, at different times during the day I snacked on ham, had a bite of artichoke dip, a couple of M&M's, a fruitcake cookie, and a handful of chex mix!!! I am done with the snacking though and plan to get back to the plan today! My goal for this trip is to at least not gain anything!!..
