Glad to Help ... I have a friend that had RNY 6 years ago. 9 mounts ago he got me on the ball to get it that is how I got to this point thank god. BUT now He makes every 1 of thees, Not good -soda,Not Taking Vitamins,Not Eating Right,Not Drinking Enough Water ( soda),Grazing ,Not Exercising Regularly, he will nit get in his head that all of this is not good. HUG..

While those are obviously good guide lines, that is all the are.

I agree with most but as for eating. I'm a grazer! All day. It is just how my system works. I can't eat enough to eat only 3 times a day. And what I really think is strange is how no importance is placed on breakfast. LOL.

The more yiu feed your body in the morning, the faster your metabolism in the afternoon. How does your body even know you're ready to gio unless yiu feed it?.

Oh oh I just can't eat in the morning, some will say. And I say. You'll never meet your potencial sp if you don't eat breakfast. Ever!.
