Quick question: Is this a good Nutrisystem diet eating plan? Hoping for any response. My 2nd question... So I have been a waist 38 for about 2 years now, and I gave away all my skinny clothes, as though I had resolved to be a waist 38 forever, my 38 pants have been feeling quite lose, so I searched around and I found 1 pair of size 36, and found out they fit perfectly with a little space, I know it might sound silly but I am not too happy about the weight loss, I mean I am happy but at the same time I am worried about the new clothes I have to buy with the money I do not have, well I would have tell my brother to send me some of his clothes, he's a waist 32, It would be cool to share clothes again, haven't shared clothes for about 5 years now.. |

Yep, but... you might wanna make sure and wait for another person here to confirm this as I am not completely sure. Better yet, why don't you e-mail the Nutrisystem guys because they can answer you better...

I've decided I no longer want to buy my clothes from Omar the Tentmaker. I will get them at Goodwill and Salvation Army since they will have temporary use while I lose this fat. when those clothes get too big I will donate them back..

Your better dress pants can easily be altered from a 38 to 36 for about $15 each..
We're in a recession you know. I just bought 3 pairs of $70 dress pants for about $22 each at Macy's. All three in 38 which I intend to alter to a 36.. Try Lee khakis and jeans for about $20 each onsale.. Don't try to replace all your clothes at once.. I'm 205 right now and in good physical shape but overweight. I have a gut to lose. See it in the picture. My body fat index is overweight! You might be about the same if you are trying to lose.. Stop whining... |
|
I still have all of my clothes that go from a 36 in waist to my current waist. Whatever doesn't fit is in the attic. I have shirts that go from Large, X Large and my current XX Large. I don't plan to buy anything new until I get to goal...

Just like King Leonidas my abdominals can be likened to a measurement of beer. Leonidas has the six-pack... I have the keg!..

Just bunch up your pants in the back..
Makes for more comments from others,. "Are you losing weight?" and with that said,. Gives you some encouragement.. Goodwill is a good option as well as second hand. Stores. I currently have 3 shirts and 2 pair of pants. That I rotate out, until I hit another size which will be. My maintenance size. Quit looking at the negative. And try to find the positive... |

If it's that big of an issue, stop losing weight and hit the Dollar menu at McD's...

LOL, great words to live by, it could be worse, I could be gaining weight and have to go buy a size 40 Pants..
|
|
Me...myself, I would love to be in a size 40 right now. But for now, I will continue on my path and be committed to Nutrisystem and my new lifestyle...

You can give me your 38 waist pants! I have come down from 48", and could wear your 38s until summer. It would save me money..
Just kidding, I work outdoors and my clothes get abused seriously. Unless they are heavy work jeans and such, they wouldn't last a day.. You will reach 32 soon enough, keep at it !.. |
|
Don't buy 40s, I'll give you mine. Got three pairs now I'm willing to let go...
