My 1st question is: Is this snack bad when your on a Nutrisystem diet? Hoping for any response. My other question... So I didn't check my weight in a week, I was feeling good, and decided it was time to look at the scale this morning, I weighed, in and Lo and Behold I was 204lbs, I felt good, and was really excited about going on a less than 200lbs watch, well 5 hours later I weighed in and I'm up to 210lbs, that seems a little too much for water weight, am I fretting for no reason, or do I need to look into getting a new scale?. |

You betcha! but you might want to make sure and wait for another member to confirm my answer as I am not very confident. Better yet, why don't you ask the Nutrisystem guys because they can help better...

You mention 5 hours later. Unless you had nothing to eat or drink in all that time, you can't expect to be at the same weight, even if the scale is accurate...

Could be both. If my math is correct, four 8 oz glasses of water would put you up about 2 pounds, so 6 pounds in 5 hours isn't impossible by any means..
The smaller, inexpensive scales can give variable readings depending on exactly how you stand on them. I had a set I bought from a medical supply store which seemed to give reproducible readings. Even so I eventually bought a Health-O-Meter beam balance. It's a lot easier to read the scale and is accurate (I compared it against another calibrated electronic balance). The joke was that it turned out my first scale was reading 5 lbs low. Austin.. |

Lol thanks a lot guys will look into the healthometer scale, drank only about 2 glass of water between the 5hrs...

I weighed 319 this morning, now I'm weighing 312. I think my scale is a POS...

I bought a weight watchers scale on sale at Costco three weeks ago for $20.00. It is electronic, measures in tenths and has a 400lb capacity. I am happy with it so far. I do weigh myself twice just to make sure I get the same reading and it is not misreading because of how I am standing on it...
