First question I have is I've heard many success stories about Medifast 10-day, does it really work? Hoping for any response. Second question of mine... I have mentioned before that I live in TN and NC, and I am planning to have.

Surgery.

In OH. The well water at my NC mountain home is wonderful, better than any bottle water I ever buy. The TN water isn't so good, we bring drinking and cooking water from NC to TN all the time. I will be spending at least 2 weeks in OH after.

Surgery.

With my father. He has terrible well water. I know I can buy bottled water, but would it be better to take NC water that I plan to be drinking? I am just wondering if the pouch might get upset with the change in water? This might be a silly question, but I don't want to upset the new body with a lot of water changes. My daughter had GBS 6 years ago and she drinks bottled water when she travels. She is affraid to try my NC well water. Thanks for your thoughts about the water..

Have a Blessed Day.

Faith..

I'm stumped. I'm not so sure what is the answer. I'll do some investigation and get back to you if I bump into an anything. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably can answer it..

My home has a natural artesian well..

I take a bottle of it anywhere I go out. When I forget, I stop and get a bottle of water at the store..

Drinking water.

Helps me get over the weak feeling I get when out. So, water has never been a problem for me...

Good question or concern. FYI all water is nit the same, yes it's all wet but that's it in similarity. Now I'm not.

Talking.

About polution, I'm.

Talking.

About ph and eletricity if you will. Also water cluster it molocules. Which can also be an issue. Don't get knotted up over shit you can't see or taste. But a great way to boost weight loss is with alkiline water. There are PH drops at the vitamin store or on line or you can juice it up with.

Baking soda.

To get your water in the 9 range. Other than these concerns you should really have none..

Just sayin..

Lu.

FYI I drink tap water in LA and Jack it up with.

Baking soda.

And green drink!..

The water at my dad's in OH has so much.

Iron.

In it that it is not good to drink. He drinks bottled water all the time. The water at our TN home is treated with chemicals and does not taste good at all. I drink bottled water often while traveling and at work. I am concerned that starting out with bottled water and changing once I am back home might upset my pouch after.

Surgery.

Thanks for your advice...

I wasn't able to drink tap water at all right after.

Surgery.

It tasted like dirt to me! The nurse recommended Propel and I have been drinking it ever since. I get the lemon flavored, and now I even use it to make tea with!..

If the water at your dad's is unsafe to drink, bring your own or bottled water. If it's safe, then just let it sit in a container for 2-3 days to get rid of the taste. Do that for a while after you go home, too, or perhaps invest in a pitcher with a water filter...

Hey Lu, this is the first I heard about the pH of water being an issue. How do you test it? How much.

Baking soda.

Do you add to it? I'd like to add this to my arsenal of weight loss tools......
