My question is Medifast Diet peoples experience? Looking forward for any answer or 2. Second question of mine... My first week is behind me! I lost a little over 6 pounds and after the first few days, I feel like I found my 'groove'! I am on plan with a few friends and I think that has helped along with these boards. Now that I feel more familiar with the plan, I am looking forward to experimenting a bit with recipes. I have also pushed my goal out a bit. Thanks to all of you that have been such an example for those of us just starting the journey!..

I would like to know the answer too. Anyone here know what is the answer. I'll do some investigation and get back to you if I bump into an anything. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably can answer it..

Hi all,.

I just ordered my food but I am SO scared... I feel that I've done this (ordered the food, bought the groceries, bought the special shaker, went to the meetings, dowloaded the app - for many, many, many programs before) I've lost and gained the exact same 20 pounds. I get so into it at the begining and then I just start getting frustrated specialy now that I'm getting divorced and I an young and want to go out, have fun... I am afraid it'll be hard living in NY where we go out for dinner and happy hour so much... I just feel that I couldn't handle another failure... I feel that it would be so difficult to start all over again with the weight loss.

What do you guys do to get over those and be succesful in this program?.

Anyway, I needed to open up just because I'm so afraid of failing on my weight loss journey again....

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!.

Widad..

Hello there,.

I too divorced three years ago. The stress sucked the weight right off of me. Then as life settled down and I entered another relationship somehow those lost pounds found me again, problem was they brought friends with them. I had tried organic dieting, the problem with that is there isn't a lot of organic foods to choose from in my area. For the first 3 to 4 weeks I like you was really into the diet, but all the cooking and trying to find foods plus the high cost of the food became a real turn off to me..

I can honestly say that so far (3 days in) this is the best program I have ever tried. It really is so simple. After only 2 days I have lost 5 pounds, so I am even more motivated to stick with it. Yes there are certain sacrifices I have had to make. But I just keep telling myself that they are well worth it. I will look in the mirror in 87 more days and love the person I see looking back at me.

When I signed up my coach asked me just how desperate I was to lose the weight, so I will let ask you the same question...?..

Ladies,.

Good for you for taking the first steps. My weight goes up and down. When I get to my 'high end', I could lose it in order to wear my work dress clothes and then gain it back. Before I knew it my range was going up and up. I have a friend that had lost a lot of weight on MF, so I decided to do this once and for all...forget the range business. I ordered my food and a digital scale and got started.

I have started researching recipes to learn how to cook OP options for after I lose the weight. I have made friends on the boards and most importantly stayed OP during the holidays and lost weight. If I can do this, you can too!! Just stay focused and committed! You are worth it!!..
