My first question is Medifast Diet Phase 1 - Canned Soups? Hoping for any answer. Another quick question... I haven't reached my goal yet, but I made my first 'Then and Now' photo, and seeing the pictures side by side I could hardly keep from bouncing right out of my seat in joy! Actually being able to see the change in pictures has given me an SUPER EXTRA boost of willpower and commitment..

I'm SO happy!.

Then = AUGUST 2010.

Now = November 2010.

TAKE THAT, OVERWEIGHT BMI, LAZINESS, ANEMIA, NO ENERGY, LOW SELF CONFIDENCE! I have kicked you square in the rear!.
