Got a question, hope someone can answer... Medifast Diet, what can you eat? Many thanks for any response. Second question.. I'm about to prepare and eat my first Medifast meal. Thoughts of failure are lingering in my mind. I feel like I'm at the end of my rope.

I've been disgusted at some points along the way, but not disgusted enough to stop this horrible, and vicious, cycle. Hoping for the best. (I hope these meals taste good and satisfy me.)..

I'm stumped. I'm not so sure what is the answer to that question. I'll do some poking around and get back to you if I find an decent answer. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably could give you help..

You can do this! Take it one meal at a time. Drink your water. Believe in yourself. Have a fantastic first day...

Thanks all! I appreciate the support..

- The pancakes were okay. I drank a lot of water before and after. Was still hungry. Ignored the hunger. Now I will prepare a shake..

- Looked over some recipes on the blogs. I will need to spruce these packaged meals up!..

You can do it!!! Take it one day at a time..

This is my second time around. I lost 80 lbs. the first time but didn't learn enough that I can NOT go back to my old way of eating and gained most of it back. I started again on Medifast 6 days ago and I've lost 8 lbs. so far!! I'm thrilled. It has motivated me that it does work as long as we work it...

Hey Phatcat, we've all been there. Tired of feeling bad, physically and emotionally, but scared that we won't be able to get ourselves under control. You can know from the successes people have that the program works. Where I know I fall down is losing confidence in myselfnot feeling like I can deal with the lifestyle changes I will have to make even after I reach my goal. So I am trying to focus on my successes, at reaching small goals. Each small success helps me have more confidence that I can do this and that I want to live a different life...

As far as the meals tasting good and satisfying....There are many that I really like. There are many that I do not care for and just don't ever order again..

For me personally the pan cakes do "satisfy" my hunger for the longest time as compared to the other "meals". I do feel true hunger and growling stomach inbetween the meals on a daily basis. But I just tell myself "that's what REAL hunger feels like" where as before I rarely experienced REAL hunger before I ate anything....so wonder I gained so much extra weight..

MF does work if you follow their plan. You can do it!!..

Today is my first day on Medifast after recommitting myself. Two yrs ago I lost 15lbs on Medifast but failed to complete my goal of 100lbs lost. Now I am at 272 and sick of being sick of the weight. I know that Medifast works if only I would stay on task. My main goal is to lose the weight so I feel better in my clothes and more comfortabel with my body. My plan is to focus on each day and watch the weight melt away at the end of the week.

It is truly worth the effort for YOU...

Im with you...starting again after a breast cancer diagnosis, surgery and three chemo treatments. I'm still doing chemo once a month but will stay committed to MF. I am going to work harder than I ever have. If I can kick cancer while getting healthier and fit - GOAL!..

I know exactly how you feel... you just have to take it day by day and tell yourself that no matter how bad today may seem think of how bad every day will be until you lose the weight and are happy with yourself!..

I made to to day 3 but the true test will be making it through the first weekend without going off track. Tonight my daughter has a basketball game and we usually go out to dinner afterwords. My plan is to have a salad with chicken and little dressing as my lean and green. I hope to past this test...
