First of all Medifast Diet whats your take? quick weight loss? Thanks in advance for any answer or 2. Another question on my mind: Hello to all...I am here and check in daily to keep up on reading how everyone is doing, but my life is very busy at the moment, so sorry to say, not much time to do any writing. Decided it was time to start a new thread for this month. Hope all are doing well..

My losses have slowed the last couple of months as I slowly (now) approach goal..

After no pounds lost last week, this weeks weigh in results are:.

-2 pounds for the week.

112 pounds total lost now.

14 pounds to goal...Yay!!!.

Blessings!!..

I'm stumped. I'm not so sure what is the answer. I'll do some poking around and get back to you if I bump into an anything. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably could give you an answer..

Good morning ladies... and ditto to Melissa's remarks on business and life. I've been in a business-mode approach to weight loss these past few weeks. I finally acknowledge that this is something not only can I do, but do pretty easily. Therefore, I've got nothing to gripe at. Sure I can find a complaint or two,.

But I really feel like I know now what I'm doing. My timing for this journey is perfect. I'm down 72 pounds and have probably 50 plus to go. But that's just five months (plus) from now. That's nothing. I'm the only one who can mess this up, therefore I won't..

So I haven't felt like needing any advice recently. It's my stupid TOM and for six days I haven't moved an ounce. But that's okay.... what choice do I have. I am going to walks/biking outside for an hour everyday, drinking 100 ounces of water, eating at most 1100 calories, and keeping my carbs under 92 grams. I'm OP.

So it's all good. Now that I've got my self-absorbed issues out of the way. Back to business. Alana, you look fantastic. I look forward to looking at my thighs with pride. Melissa - I like your Aunt's wisdom.

You also sound in business-mode also. Which is good. Enter in the food and move on..

Ladies, is it just me, or is this Thread dying? Are we all in such a good place on this journey that we don't need but once-in-awhile periodic hand-holding, or is it that we're all so busy? Regardless, I like seeing your progress and hearing about your victories. It's all good. Off to be bloated, Ellen..

Hi Ladies, I was happy to see the new thread. Finally got myself back on track and have been back on the boards a bit. One of my latest decisions was to get back to logging my food everyday. Gee ...surprise...surprise...it really helps to stay on track! Ha!.

I have lost 4 pounds this week and because of the months of up and down I still have some weight to lose to get "back" to my ticker but I am planning for that to happen this summer and then continue in my journey..

Been working out in the garden for an hour and a half so far today. Having a cool drink and then heading back out..

Have a good day...

Hi Gail!! I hope to see you again on the boards. I am still plugging along. One slip up last night, back on track today. Just staying up later now that it is summer and I am finding myself to be really hungry around 11 or so. gotta readjust some timing for my after dinner snack..

Have a great day!..

Need some help Ladies. I'm at day thirteen of not moving from 202 lbs. - and haven't moved but plus or minus four ounces. I've upped my exercise and its' intensity, lowered my carbs to 80-85, lowered my calories (800 - 900), upped my water (100 ounces) and not moving - and yes, I'm regular enough. Not feeling like giving up, but tired of this. Did you ever hit a plateau? I've read that you go out and eat a huge meal of carbs to hit the reset button... any thought to that? Ellen..
