I would like to know the answer too. Anyone here know what is the answer to that question. I'll do some investigation and get back to you if I bump into an answer. You should email the people at Nutrisystem as they probably can help you..

Branch out in the lettuce family too. You can make yourself an Endive salad, and there are so many types of lettuce you can mix in for variety in the salad. Oh and don't forget the cabbage...

Oh, yeah. Cabbage. Walden Farms Coleslaw dressing. I just got done making a BIG batch of coleslaw to eat this week. Whole head of cabbage & a bag of coleslaw mix with a bottle of dressing. Several servings of coleslaw for meals this week. And coleslaw is always better when it has time to sit and soften up the cabbage...

I made a salad last night that I loved. It was my dinner (ok, let the scolding begin for not eating a Nutrisystem meal) so I added some steak. So the salad was lettuce, steak tips, & HOT salsa (fat, sugar, & carb free). It tasted great and atleast in my mind it was healthy...

I have even started eating the raw cabbage.
In my lettuce salad. I heard somewhere. That it actually burns calories to eat cabbage. Because it makes your system work harder to. Digest it.. I have also grilled a Nutrisystem chicken patty in several. Different spices sliced it and added to the salad. With home made salsa for the dressing.. Awesome dinner. I've use the hamburger patty the same way... |

I eat Baby Spinach every day. It has a better taste than romaine or iceburg lettuce..

|
Add fruit to your salads. I save my morning snack fruit and eat it with lunch. I also add fruit to my dinner salad. Also switch up the dressing. You will get very bored with the same dressing meal after meal...
