My 1st question is: Nutrisystem diet for 18y/o girl...? Looking forward for any answer. Second question of mine... Hey Folks - I just ordered my food last night and it has been shipped this morning as I paid for the expedited delivery!! I am very excited to start this program in conjunction with P90x and my tennis playing. I have always been very active and did body building in my early twenties but now at 38 I have been lazy and eat like a cow!! I am 6' and weigh about 250. I want to get back down to 195 or so when I had my 32" waist and my 6 pack of abs!!. |

Good question... I dunno what is the answer to that question. I'll do some poking around and get back to you if I find an decent answer. You should email the people at Nutrisystem as they probably could give you an answer..

Welcome, I'm just starting my third week myself. The fact that I've been able to go 2 weeks without cheating is a testament to how good the food is. The trick is using the add ons and free foods to bulk up the meals. I've recently become a big fan of mushrooms, chopped onions, and chopped bell peppers!..

55 pounds? You should be nearing you goal by next summer (yeah, it takes time). If you get discouraged about not losing some weeks, fuggedaboudidit'll happen...

Welcome Todd. Yes it will be an adventure and it will be fun, especially once you start seeing real progress, which for most kicks in pretty quickly. But even with stalls you may find along the way, just stick with it and you can stay 100% one meal at a time..
Some like to weigh themselves daily. I go with every Monday morning to see larger losses and to keep myself honest through the weekend.. Read the boards and participate. Great people out here and even better advice.. ... |
